The Study On Treating Migraine By Chuanxiong Chatiao San And Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction

Objective: Randomized controlled trials were used to observe the headache symptoms,headache score and other related indicators.These.To compare the curative effect of Chuanxiong chatiao san and qianghuo shengshi Decoction on the treatment of Migraine and ibuprofen and Pregabalin in the treatment of Migraine And exploring Chuanxiong chatiao san and qianghuo shengshi Decoction in the treatment of The MigraineMethods: According to the random principle,the 142 patients of Migraine who were in Emergency department of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of T.C.M in2015 to 2016,and meeting the inclusioncriteria,were divided into the experimental the group(71 cases)and the control group(71cases).the experimental the group was given chuanxiong chatiao san and qianghuo shengshi Decoction,the control group given ibuprofen and Pregabalin.The course of treatment was 1 months,and the trial was followed for 1 month.The observation points in time is before treatment,2 weeks,4weeks,one month after the end of medication.During this time,The changes of headache intensity,headache frequency,duration of headache and frequency of relapse were observed before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.Results: In migraine efficacy,the experimental group total effectivene is 85%,and the control group is 60%,and there is statistically significant difference.To improve the TCM score,The experimental group total effectivene is 86%,and the control group is 54%,and there is statistically significant difference.In aspect of improving the number of migraine attacks and duration,the days of migraine attacks and Visual Analogue Scale scores(VAS),TCM syndrome elements,the total score of TCM syndrome,the total score of Migraine symptoms,the other symtoms,there is statistically significant difference,so the experimental group is superior to the control group.Two groups of adverse reactions are no statistically significant difference.Conclusions:Chuanxiong chatiao San and qianghuo Shengshi Decoction Can reduce the number of headaches,shorten the onset time and recurrence of headache,reduce the intensity of headache attack,while improving the symptoms of nausea,vomiting,diplopia and other symptoms.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Compared with western medicine,It has less adverse reactions and higher security.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Migraine have important social clinical value.
