The Clinical Observation Of Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules In Treatment Of (Rheumatism By Blood Stasis Syndrome) Migraine

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis syndrome.Method: 496 Patients who have been diagnosed with migraine were incorporated in this research by the method of observational study,who were differentiated with the syndrome of blood stasis blockage.The number of observation headache,working time and the degree of headache period.Result: 481 patients of migraine have been treatment two weeks later with Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules.The headache frequency had no obvious change,but degree of headache(VAS score)and headache days are lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Follow-up duration patients with 4 years or less,without the cumulative percentage of headache > 70%;Patients taking the fifth day,drugs accumulated efficiency is 54.1%;The period of evaluation,drug average working time was2.36 hours;And patients take painkillers exposure significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules can significantly reduce the degree of headache,also has the characteristics of short effective time,and no obvious adverse reaction,security is good,is worth popularization in clinical.
