Objective:To explore the related influencing factors and the distribution rule of TCM syndromes in the decline of ovarian reserve,and to provide effective theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the decline of ovarian reserve function.Method:Selection in December 2016-December 2017 ovarian reserve function by diagnostic standard as case group and 150 patients,150 cases of outpatient medical and normal menstruation has a sudden women at the same time as the control group,the corresponding single factor analysis and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis are ovarian reserve function by the case-control analysis of related factors,and 150 cases of patients with ovarian reserve function by descriptive statistical classification of syndromes,and the research of TCM syndrome type distribution.Results:1.The decrease in ovarian reserve function was more common in women aged 26 to 35,accounting for 69.34%,with an average age of 31.26 plus or minus 5.11 years.2.The main occupations of patients with decreased ovarian reserve function:teachers(32.00%),financial staff(19.33%),bank staff(15.33%)and medical staff(12.00%).3.Patients with decreased ovarian reserve function were divided into cultural degrees: 59.33% were college students or above;High school 27.33%,primary-secondary school 12.00%,illiteracy 1.33%;4.Always have 5.33% of the total long-term smokers,P < 0.05,has a history of staying up late to 56.67% of the total,P < 0.05,always has the bad living habits such as improper weight loss is 58.67% of the total,P < 0.05,all have statistical significance.5.Those with a history of immunological diseases accounted for 16% of the total population,P<0.05 was statistically significant compared with the control group.6.The number of patients with chronic anxiety disorder accounted for 78.00% of the total number,P<0.05 compared with the control group was statistically significant.7.By clustering analysis 150 cases of ovarian reserve function decline in patients with TCM syndrome type distribution in the order: the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(43.33%),liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(26.00%),liver kidney empty,18.67%),dry blood stasis syndrome(12.00%).Conclusion:1.Ovarian reserve function decreased at a high rate between 26 and 35 years old,involving teachers,financial staff,bank staff and medical staff.2.Iatrogenic factors,bad living habits and mental and psychological factors are of great significance in the prevention and treatment of this disease.3.Syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency,syndrome of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,and syndrome of blood stasis and blood stasis are common syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine with decreased ovarian reserve function.
