Clinical Observation On 51 Patients Of Allergic Rhinitis With Lung And Spleen Defittiency Syndrome Treated With Warm Acupuncture Combined With Needing" Si Guan" Acupionts

Background:The allergic inflammation which is mainly mediated by IgE after exposure to allergens is called allergic rhinitis.The latest AR guidelines in 2015 recommended the use of drugs,mainly about nasal corticosteroids,antihistamine drugs,and leukotriene receptor antagonists as primary treatment regimens.At present,the symptoms are easy to relapse after drug withdrawal,western medicine treatment methods are easy to appear the situation of resistance,and side effects,and it can not fundamentally change the patient constitution,so its recurrence rate is high.This study is intended to provide scientific basis and reference for clinical treatment of persistent AR through warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts to control the nasal symptoms of AR patients.Object: To observe the clinical symptoms and signs,quality of life,quality of sleep and anxiety of AR patients,and to further clarify the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts on AR treatment.To provide optimized treatment for clinical treatment of persistent AR.Results:In this two groups,53 cases were included,0 cases was dropped,2 cases were fall off,and 51 cases were treated according to the established scheme without any adverse events.After the treatment,41 of them were followed up for one month.At the end of the treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3 %,and the control group was 92%,there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).After one month follow-up observation,the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 76 % and 50 %,respectively,the effect of treatment group was better than the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups(P= 0.031 < 0.05).In this research process,there is no adverse events,in the treatment process,the patients have no abnormal vital signs,so it is indicated that warming acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts' method for the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis is safe.Conclusion:(1)The therapy of warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts for 51 patients of Allergic Rhinitis with Lung and Spleen Defittiency Syndrome for 2 weeks can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of AR,(2)The therapy of warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts for 51 patients of Allergic Rhinitis with Lung and Spleen Defittiency Syndrome,the control group rhinocnesmus symptoms curative effect in treatment group was superior.(2)The therapy of warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts for 51 patients of Allergic Rhinitis with Lung and Spleen Defittiency Syndromecan can improve the quality of life and sleep quality of AR patients,and it can effectively alleviate the anxiety of AR patients.(3)There was no adverse events occurred in Clinical trial,the therapy of warm acupuncture combined with needing " Si Guan" acupionts for 51 patients of Allergic Rhinitis with Lung and Spleen Defittiency Syndrome is safe.
