Clinical Observation On Wound Healing Of Low Perianal Abscess After Long-xuejie

?Ojective?:Observe the clinical curative effect of Long-xuejie on postoperative wound healing of low perianal abscess and provide an effective alternative drug for postoperative dressing of perianal abscess.?Methods?:60 patients with low perianal abscess were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The two groups had the same preoperative preparations,and all of them had a one-time radical abscess incision and drainage at the time of lumbosacral anesthesia plus intravenous anesthesia.All of them began dressing change at the first day after surgery.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Long-xuejie-Huanglian gauze dressing,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with Huang lian gauze dressing.The wound pain,wound exudates,and wound granulation growth at the 3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 th days after operation were observed.The wound healing time of the two groups was recorded.The results were analyzed using statistical software SPSS24.0.?Results?: Statistical software analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age and course of disease.The two groups of cases were different in different observation periods and had statistical significance.On the third day after the operation,the wound pain in the two groups was compared with that of the wound secretion,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).On the 7th day after the surgery,the wound pain situation of the two groups was compared,the contrast of wound secretions and the growth of the granulation were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).On the 14 th day after the surgery,the wound pain in the two groups was compared with that of the wound secretions and the growth of the granulation.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).On the 21 st day after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative pain between the two groups(P > 0.05).The healing time of wound healing in the two groups was observed,and the healing time of the experimental group was 20.33±2.039 days,and the healing time of the control group was 26.53±1.167 days,which was statistically processed(P<0.05),with statistical difference.?Conclusion?:Long-xuejie can effectively promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery,and can effectively reduce wound pain,reduce wound exudates,and promote wound granulation growth.It proves that Long-xuejie is significant after perianal abscess surgery,it is worth Promotion.
