Clinical Observation Of Hip Bathing With Tao Hong Si Wu On Treatment Of ? Anal Fissure

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of hip bathing with Tao Hong Si Wu on treatment of I anal fissure,and to evaluate the curative effect of this method on relieving pain,reducing bleeding and promoting the healing of stage I anal fissure.Methods: The patients met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of type I anal fissure who from Anorectal Clinic of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)in between February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).All patients gave the first fumigation treatment dressing on the first day after clinic.The treatment group fumigated with Tao Hong Si Wu Tang,The control group fumigated with Kang Fu Xin Ye and The two groups of patients were fumigated once every morning and night until heal.The changes of primary clinic symptoms in all case were observed and evaluated.Observe and record the degree of pain on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,11 th and 14 th day after treatment and before the treatment and we had recorded the degree of hematochezia on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,11 th and 14 th day after treatment and before treatment and two groups had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain,hematochezia and wound surface.Then analyze the resulted data and get the final conclusion.Results: According to statistical analysis,There was no significant differences in the gender,age,course of disease and major symptoms between the 60 patients included in the cases(P> 0.05),which were not statistically significant and comparable.There was no significant difference between the two groups in anal pain score and hematochezia score on the first day after treatment,(P> 0.05).To compare the data about the anal pain on 3rd,5th,7th,11 th and 14 th day after treatment,and hematochezia symptom on the same days after treatment,and the time of healing pain,hematochezia and wound surface,which has significant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Two groups of patients in the course of treatment were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion : The fumigation treatment with Tang Hong Si Wu Tang is significantly effective to treat type I anal fissure.It can not only relieve the symptoms of anorectal pain and hematochezia,but also promote the healing of anal fissure wounds,shorten the time of wounds healing.It is clinically effective method for the treatment of type I anal fissure.
