The Influence Of Hot And Spicy Diet On The Gastrointestinal Function And Histological Of Patients With Patient

Objective:To analyze the relevance of Hot and Spicy diet on Histological and Gastrointestinal Function in patients and discuss whether lifestyle affect the upper digestive disease.Methods:By using the questionnaire in outpatients who have the pleasure of drinking hot or cold water and spicy or non-spicy food habits that due to gastrointestinal discomfort to receive treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of medicine(hereinafter referred to as our hospital)in Novermber 2016 to September 2017,and the general information,gastroscope diagnosis and gastric mucosal biopsy results of the patients were collected after examination.Using 17.0 statistical software to process and analysis the data entry.Results:1.The temperature of long-term drinking water and age were correlated with the gastrointestinal function in patients.Drinking hot water for a long time and being older(over50)are risk factors(P=0.001,OR=5.866 and P=0.014,OR=3.293)and the danger level decreases in turn;2.The temperature of long-term drinking water and age were associated with gastric mucosal erosion.Long-term drinking hot water and older are risk factors(P=0.001,OR =4.940 and P=0.015,OR=3.320),and the danger level decreases in turn;3.The temperature of water that long-term drinking was statistically different from the intestinal metaplasia of mucosa(P<0.05),but this study has not found the correlation between them(95%CI contains 1).There was no significant difference in inflammatory and activity level and atrophy of mucosal tissue in this aspect(P>0.05);4.The spicy diet was no statistical difference on the histological characteristics of gastric mucosa in patients,gastrointestinal function and mucosal erosion(P>0.05).5.Helicobacter pylori infection was associated with gastric mucosal erosion,inflammatory and activity level,intestinal metaplasia of mucosa in patients.Hp infection is risk for them(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The gastrointestinal function is poor and the mucosa is prone to erosion of the patients who drinking hot water long-term;2.There was no obvious correlation between gastrointestinal function and histological of chronic gastritis patients with the habit of spicy diet.
