Water is the source of life.About 65%of the normal adults' weight are composed of water.In human body,all metabolic reactions require the participation of water.As a result,human's survival and development is inseparable from the water.The sanitary security status of drinking water directly affects the life of human health,at the same time,it is also an important embodiment of human life quality and social economic level.Food is the paramount necessity of the people.Food is the basis of human survival.It can affect a country's political,economic and cultural development in many aspects.As the food safety events at home and abroad in recent years,our central and all levels of governments are very concerned about food safety problems.Exploring the drinking water quality difference between Mengshan Longevity and Huayin district can provide necessary basis for the unlock password of longevity.Research objective:The objective of this subject is to understand the safety of drinking water and food in Huaiyin district,through the monitoring of drinking water and food quality of Huaiyin district in 2014 to 2016.Based on the changes for three consecutive years of data,the study analysed the tendency of water and food security situation.Combined with the prevalence rates of several chronic diseases,such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,respiratory system disease,we can analyse the potential association of drinking water with chronic diseases by analysing the difference of drinking water indexes of two places.Besides,the comparison of drinking water quality of Huaiyin district with Longevity District can provide a basis for improving the human quality of life.Research method:Multiple water supply points and food collecting points at Huaiyin district were selected as the monitoring points.All indicator were detected according to the national standard method "drinking water health standard"(GB/T 5749-2006),the national food safety standards,the chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food monitoring technology handbook,standard of national food safety standards of using food additives(GB 2760-2014),2015 national food contamination and harmful factors in risk monitoring handbook,2016 national food contamination and harmful factors in risk monitoring handbook and other normative documents to test the corresponding health indicators.Combining the prevalence of cerebrovascular disease,respiratory disease,diabetes in the elderly over the age of 60,the study compared the water quality indicators of Mengshan Longevity and Huaiyin district.Research results:In water quality testing results of microbial indicators,the qualified rate of e.coli in three years had been 100%,qualification rate of total coliform group had been on the rise.In toxicology index results of water quality detection,there were large fluctuations of nitrate indicators for three years,and the qualified rate of nitrate percent of pass was only 57.5%in 2014,although the subsequent three years qualified rate had greatly improved,but still not reached 100%.The other toxicology indexes' percent of pass had been steady and high.For water quality testing results of the sensory properties and general chemical indicators,difference of chromaticity and turbidity and total hardness for three years were significantly apparent.There were no obvious regularity in the rest of the indicators.For food chemical pollutants testing project,the qualiied rate of lead and arsenic in the meat and its products of three years had larger fluctuation,of which hasd no obvious fluctuation law.The qualified rate of milk and its products in the last three years in the chemical pollutants such as lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury indicators had been 100%,which meant its safety situation was good.The qualified rate of fresh frozen aquatic animals for three years in the chemical pollutants such as lead had been very low,about 50%or so.The qualified rate of arsenic for grain and its products in the last three years was the most obvious changable and haphazard.For food microbiology indicators testing,the qualified rate of seven categoriessuch as coliform bacteria,mononuclear cell proliferative listeria monocytogenes,staphylococcus aureus,salmonella,cause diarrhea e.coli bacteria,deputy hemolytic vibrio,bacillus cereus were 100%,only the rate of total number of colonies had fluctuations and haphazard.In 2014,the precvalence of diseases for old people aged over 60 in Mengshan Longevity was obviously lower than Huaiyin district.Compared with the water quality of toxicology indicators of mengshan longevity with Huaiyin district,the contents of four indicators such as arsenic,cadmium,chromium,mercury in Huaiyin district were significantly higher than that of Mengshan Longevity.For the sensory properties and general chemical index comparison,drinking water of Huaiyin district had higher iron,copper and total hardness content,which were statistically higher than that of Mengshan Longevity.Research conclusion:Through the analysis of drinking water and food in Huaiyin district from 2014 to 2016,the overall qualified rates were higher.For the trend of qualified rate,it was found that microbiology indicators' qualified rate had been always high and stable.The qualified rate of nitrate content in drinking water was on the rise year by year.For food testing project,the qualified rate of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury indicators for milk and its products had been 100%,which meant the food safety was high;The qualified rate of lead in fresh frozen aquatic animals had been very low,about 50%or so,while other indexes' had no obvious regularity,which might be due to the track time was too short.Contrast of water quality reports of Huaiyin district and Mengshan Longevity showed some obvious distinguish indicators,such as arsenic,cadmium,chromium,mercury,selenium,iron,copper,total hardness,etc..This might be a cause of the differencce in residents prevalence of cardiovascular disease,respiratory disease,diabetes aged 60.
