Objective:The common allergens of cosmetic dermatitis are antiseptic, broad definition cosmetic is that all the skin changes were caused by the cosmetics. But narrow cosmetics dermatitis is only include Allergic Contact Dermatitis and Irritant Contact Dermatitis. We usually talk the cosmetic dermatitis is Allergic Contact Dermatitis. The subject of animal experiments is to study the effects of spicy foods on epidermis stimulation by the antiseptics:Imidazolidinyl Urea and Ethyl paraben, which were used in cosmetics antiseptic commonly, so as to provide the data for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. Methods:The 100 mice were randomly divided into five groups, control group, antiseptic groups, spicy food groups.10% pepper fluid (10ml/kg weight) and degree alcohol blend(10ml/kg weight)were used to feed the mice as the spicy food once a day. NS were used as control group once a day. After 7 days, mice's symptom were observed and scored. When the pungent model was completed, the mice will be injected in the abdomen with two different antiseptic stock solution, this process is the induced process of the allergic reaction. When finished the induced reaction in the 7 days,0.6% Imidazolidinyl Urea and Ethyl paraben were applied on the skin once for single skin, this process is the excitation process of the allergic reaction. After 24h,48h,72h, cutireaction were observed and scored according to《Hygienic Standard For Cosmetics》, and do the histological detection. Results:Compared with control group, the mice experimented with the spicy food appeared obvious signs of stimulation, which has statistical significance (P<0.01); The results of multiple skin stimulation tests showed that group pungent and control had mild, midrange and severe erythema, some had dropsy. Average histological scores, between the pungent group and the control group there is significant difference (P<0.01); In comparison with two antiseptics:there is no significant difference, vacancy group compares with two kinds of antiseptics control groups, (pungent) antiseptics groups there are significant difference (P<0.01)Conclusion:In accordance with the dose used in the experiment, pepper and alcohol blend induced in mice can have a pungent to stimulate the signs. Under this kind of condition, Allergic Contact Dermatitis would be strengthened by the two antiseptic. Cutireaction intensity strength was concerned with kinds of the antiseptic. The intensity strength of sensitization was also changed in the stimulus of the pungent substance. We should pay attention to the diagnosis and treatment of spicy food on the impact of Contact Dermatitis.
