Objective:To investigate the correlation of the inci-dence of allergic rhinitis and the air quality in Zibo area.Methods:The study subjects we selected were outpatient patients in theotolaryngol-ogy department of eight hospitals in zibo city from January 2014 to December 2016.The inclusion criteria were patients with AR as the main diagnosis of outpatient computersystems.The total number was 26,877.The age range is 3 to 82,with an average age of 37.5 years.The monthly diagnostic rate is: the monthly rate = the total number of AR/monthly outpatient visits.In zibo city from 2014 to 2016 three years in air pollution index and AR JiuZhenLv Pearson correlation analysis,clear air pollution index and correlation coefficient of ARJiuZhenLv at0.01 significant level(both sides)were positively correlated,the correlation coefficient is0.467,namely the region allergic rhinitis JiuZhenLv with air pollution index has obvious positive correlation.Results:Through the statistics of the monthly average monthly rate of AR in zibo city from2014 to 2016,we found that the AR visit rates in zibo city was significantly correlated with the season,with the highest AR visit rates in April,May and December.In2014,the average visit rates was 0.18±0.059,and the average visit rates in 2015 was 0.23,plus or minus 0.085.The average visit rates in 2016 was 0.22±0.059,with no statistical difference(F=2.251,P=0.123)in three years.We found that the airpollution in zibo city was the heaviest in November,December and January every year.By means of single factorvariance analysis of the monthly average monthly air pollution index in zibo city,the LSD method was compared.The single factor variance analysis of the three years' air pollution index was F=1.237,P=0.303;There was no statistical difference between the three years of air pollution index.After comparison,there was no difference in the airpollut-ion index between 2014 and 2015,2014 and 2016,2015 and 2016.(P=0.16;in 2014 and 2015).In 2014 and 2016,P=0.25;In2015 and 2016,P=0.21;P is greater than 0.05.In zibo city from 2014 to 2016 three years inair pollution index and AR visit rates Pearson correlation analysis,clear air pollution index and correlation coefficient of AR visit rates at 0.01 significant level(both sides)were positively correlated,the correlation coefficient is 0.467,namely the region allergic rhinitis AR visit rates with air pollution index has obvious positive correlation.That is,the incidence of allergic rhinitis is positively correlated with the air pollution index.Conclusion:The incidence of allergic rhinitis is positively correlated with the air pollution index.
