| Objectives: 1.To establish a method for the determination of ethyl carbamate from main drinking liquor.2.To analyze the exposure level of ethyl carbamate from main drinking liquor and the dietary intake of residents in Shibei District residents,Qingdao,and to access the risk of human’s health.Methods: 1.Method of determination of ethyl carbamate from main drinking liquor.After the sample was processed,the sample was added to the alkaline diatomite solid phase extraction column.After washing by n-hexane,it was washed with ethyl acetate and ether solution,and then measured by nitrogen blowing and constant volume.2.Determination of ethyl carbamate from main drinking liquor.Three kinds of samples were collected,including 100 beer,60 wine and 40 liquor.The samples were treated by 1~3 before and then tested by GC/MS 。 3.Result of analysis method In the investigation of the diet consumption of residents in Qingdao city in the north,this experiment using multi-stage stratified random sampling method,investigation of dietary consumption of 1103 residents in Qingdao City,statistical data.This experiment mainly uses survey methods by 24 h dietary groups,the residents during the same period of 30 consecutive days of the 3 categories of food consumption,using the accounting method to accurately record the rele vant data of Qingdao city residents’ food consumption,for use in this study.Results: 1.A total of 200 samples were collected.In all samples,the ethyl carbamate in white wine was higher than wine,beer were all below the detection limit.2.The average ethyl carbamate exposure in Shibei district residents,Qingdao were 0.02164μg/kg BW per day and the MOE value was 13863.3.The average ethyl carbamate exposure among population aged 20 and above were 0.0320μg/kg BW and 9375.Conclusion: 1.Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)in the 1.experimental detection of drinking wine(beer,wine,Wine)method of ethyl carbamate has the advantages of simple operation,good stability,high recovery rate,can meet the requirements needed to detect the content of ethyl carbamate,recommended drinking wine detection experiments of this method in.2.the content of ethyl carbamate in different kinds of drinking liquor(beer,wine and liquor)was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The results showed that the content of ethyl carbamate in different kinds of drinking wine was significantly different.Among the three main types of drinking wine,the detection rate of ethyl carbamate in liquor is the highest,the second is wine,and the content of ethyl carbamate in beer is the lowest.3.The total exposure limits of ethyl carbamate in Qingd ao city of 3.major drinking wine in the district residents(MOE)for 13863>10000,The main city of Qingdao city residents show that drinking wine(beer,wine,Wine)ethyl carbamate in the average exposure does not exceed the public health attention point,potential health risk to the residents of the lower.But for Qingdao City,20 years old and above all in liquor of ethyl carbamate in the total exposure limit for MOE 9375<10000,showed that the average exposure amount of ethyl carbamate liquor in people aged 20 and over in Qingdao City,has more than the public health attention point,a higher risk of harm to this part of the crowd,easy lead to human diseases,this part of the crowd need to pay attention to daily intake control of liquor. |
