Objective:In order to study the prognostic factors related to postoperative prognosis of female bladder cancer, clinicians were instructed to make a more accurate assessment of the prognosis of female bladder cancer patients. Methods : The clinical data of 307 cases of female bladder tumor in the Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University from January 2007 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and followed up.Using Kaplan-Meier method,we analyzed age, menopause, smoking, hematuria, urinary irritation symptoms, surgical method, tumor size, number and shape(sessile or pedicle),T staging, lymph node metastasis, grading and recurrence of bladder cancer specific survival(CSS)and the impact of risk the statistical significance of the factors affecting the Cox proportional hazards model was used for multivariate analysis, screening out the independent prognostic factors of postoperative bladder cancer in women.According to the results of single factor analysis, the patients were divided into two groups in the low risk group and the high risk group according to the number of risk factors, and the average survival time of the two groups was compared. Results:TThe median follow-up of 307 women with bladder tumors was 54 months, and the postoperative 1-year,3-year,and 5-year CSS were 98%,69%,and 46%,respectively.The relationship between each study factor and CSS of female bladder cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. The patients' age(P=0.006),menopause(P=0.039),tumor size(P=0.005),and number(P=0.047)T stage(P=0.000),lymph node metastasis(P=0.000),grade(P=0.000)and recurrence(P=0.031)were related to prognosis.Multivariate analysis further showed that T stage(P = 0.042),lymph node metastasis(P = 0.042)and grade(P = 0.014)were independent risk factors for postoperative prognosis of female bladder cancer. The difference between the low-risk group(risk factor <3)and high-risk group(risk factor> 3)was statistically significant(P = 0.000).Conclusions:The age, menopause, tumor size, number,T stage, lymph node metastasis, grading and recurrence were the related prognostic factors of female bladder cancer.T stage, lymph node metastasis and grading were independent risk factors. At present,it is considered that early detection and early treatment are still the main measures to improve the prognosis of patients. At the same time,a variety of statistically significant factors are taken into consideration to determine the prognosis of the patient to a greater extent and to guide the clinician in the next diagnosis and treatment of the patient.,to reduce the recurrence rate and improve patient survival.
