ObjectiveTo analyze and study the effect of resting heart rate on blood pressure control and cardiovascular adverse events.MethodsSelected 180 cases of hypertension accepted from December 2015 to September2016 of cardiology department in our hospital.According to the resting heart rate(RHR),they were divided into group I(50 times/min?RHR?69 times/min),group II(70times/min<RHR?89 times/min),group III(90 times/min?RHR?times/min).At the same time,the blood pressure,height,weight,blood glucose,blood lipid indexs,,left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)were tested.The differences between the three groups of the blood pressure,height,weight,blood glucose,blood lipid indexs,LVEF,LVMI and CIMT were compared.The blood pressure of the three groups was followed up at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment.The patient's blood pressure compliance time,fluctuations and whether the occurrence of adverse events were observed.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis,Using?~2 test or analysis of variance.When P<0.05 for the difference was significant,the difference was statistically significant.Results1?There were no significant differences on BMI,TC,FPG,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,UA and Cr in the three groups,and P>0.05,there was no statistical significance.2?The SBP and DBP values of the three groups increased with the increase of RHR,The difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3?At 2 months and 3months after treatment,group and group SBP reached the standard respectively.At 2months after treatment,group and group DBP reached the standard.At 3 months after treatment,group III DBP reached the standard.4?The LVMI and CIMT of the three groups increased with the increase of RHR,The difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.ConclusionThe acceleration of RHR is related to the prevention and treatment of hypertension and the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,RHR can be used as a reliable detection index for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and the control of adverse cardiovascular events.
