3D printing is a new type of additive manufacturing technology with photosensitive resins,powdered metals or plastics,and stacking through layers.It has been widespread used in much high-end filed,such as medical,aerospace,jewelry,education.Compared to the previous technology of reducing materials,3D printing is undoubtedly a breakthrough.With the great development of rapid prototyping technology,there are many new technologies now.The light curing mask projection technology is one of the 3D printing technologies.After slicing the model and making slice image of each layer as a mask,the mask image is projected to achieve selective curing of the resin through the DMD.In the orthodontic treatment of dentistry,the traditional correctional method uses metal wire to restore the misaligned teeth to the right position.However,since the operation is too complicated,the patient cannot pick it out on his own,which affects the appearance and makes the patient wear it inconveniently.Therefore,it is pressing need to do more research on the transparent orthotics.In the process of manufacturing the transparent braces,the production process of the transparent braces is optimized and the accuracy of the braces is improved.In the use of light curing mask projection principle to make a corrected tooth model,and then to suppress the transparent appliance,based on the diversity of patient's disease conditions in dental rectification,this article proposes a new personalized support design idea for making dental models.Each patient is individually designed to improve the accuracy of the dental model.In addition,the phenomenon of shrinkage and deformation of the resin existing in the light-cured mask projection process during curing is proposed,and a new exposure mode is proposed to reduce the problems of deformation caused by the exposure,and parameter optimization is performed to improve the printing accuracy.Firstly,this paper shows the principle,classification,and research status of rapidprototyping technology and mask projection technology,analyzing its components,process,and the precision of the mask projection.Secondly,the dental data model of the patient is obtained through three-dimensional scanning.For the patient's corrected dental model printed by mask projection,a new individualized dental support design is provided to ensure the stability and accuracy of the dental model.Then,a new exposure mode is proposed for reducing deformation of the resin at the time of mask projection printing.Exposing the graphics based on the “black and white grid” sub-area double exposure mode.Through the ANSYS software simulating,it can provide the deformation amount and get two time factors to shrink the deformation in mask projection through experiment.Finally,based on the method of experiment,a personalized dental support design to print the corrected dental model has a great value.Through the comparison method,a new type of exposure mode was verified and the simulation results showed that the amount of deformation can be effectively reduced.The study comes from the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Development Special Fund Project,and research on the application of mask projection technology in dental correction.The main problem of the study is how to improve the correction accuracy and make corresponding solutions.The study provides some theoretical and technological reference values for dental correction.
