Provide scientific bases to whether or not that light-emitting diode curing light can be used clinically by clinical evaluation, patients' estimate and microleakage test. In the study, class V cavities were prepared in 73 freshly extracted teeth. The teeh were randomly divided into 2 groups that were cured with light-emitting diode curing light MORITATM PENCURE and halogen light 3MTM ESPETM EliparTM 2500 respectively. After thermocycling (500 cycles, 5-55℃), dyeing, and section, stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to evaluate the amount of dye infiltration and marginal seal respectively. Moreover, 160 teeth with wedge-shaped defects(80) or caries(80) were selected in clinical patients. Both of wedge-shaped defects teeth and caries teeth were randomly divdided into two groups that were cured with the two types of curing lights respectively. After 6 months, index of Modified Ryge Criteria was used to evaluate the clinical effects of MORITATM PENCURE. All the patients were asked...
