Objective:To investigate the bacterial distribution and drug resistance of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in children with bronchiectasis with infection,so as to provide more references for clinical treatment of children with bronchiectasis with infection.Methods:133 children diagnosed with bronchiectasis with infection admitted in Children`s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2009 to October 2016 were enrolled.Clinical data and BALF results were analyzed retrospectively. Results:In 133 cases of BALF,48 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, and the positive rate of bacterial culture was 36.09%.28 strains(58.33%)were Gram-positive bacteria, the most common was Streptococcus pneumoniae(26 strains),followed by Staphylococcus aureus(2 strains).Drug susceptibility results show that Streptococcus pneumoniae has a high resistance rate to macrolide antibiotics, sensitivity to penicillin antibiotics is 67.32%,and high sensitivity to third-generation cephalosporins, glycopeptides, quinolones and other antibiotics;17 strains(35.42%)were Gram-negative bacteria, the most common was Haemophilus influenzae(5 strains),followed by Haemophilus parainfluenzae(4 strains)and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(4 strains).Drug susceptibility indicated high resistance to penicillin, high sensitive to the third generation cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones.3 strains of fungi were detected(6.25%),all of which were Candida albicans. Conclusion:Streptococcus pneumoniae is the most common bacteria for bronchiectasis with infection children, followed by Haemophilus influenzae,Haemophilus parainfluenzae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In the absence of susceptibility results before the report, bronchodilators with early infection can be empirically selected anti-infective treatment of penicillin drugs, severe or poor efficacy of penicillin can empirically choose the third generation of cephalosporin antibiotic treatment.
