Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug resistance changes of common pathogens isolated in Jiangxi cancer hospital from 2016 to 2019.Methods:To collect the data from the national bacterial resistance monitoring network(Chinet)uploaded by Jiangxi cancer hospital from 2016 to 2019 for retrospective analysis.The automatic bacterial analyzer was used to analyze the bacterial distribution and drug sensitivity test results,and the results were judged according to the CLSI 2018 standard.The data was analyzed by whonet2018 software.Results:In recent four years,10338 non repetitive strains were detected in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital,including 3181(30.77%)gram positive and 7157(69.23%)gram negative.Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are the top four Gram-negative bacteria;Staphylococcus aureus is the main bacteria detected in Gram-positive bacteria.The main pathogens were 4615(44.64%)in sputum and 1775(17.17%)in wound secretion.The detection rates of carbapenem resistant Escherichia coli and carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae of Enterobacteriaceae were lower than 3%,there was no significant difference.The antibacterial activities of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to ampicillin / sulbactam,amoxicillin / clavulanic acid,ticarcillin / clavulanic acid,piperacillin / tazobactam containing ?-lactamase inhibitors were better,the resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae to cephalosporins was lower than that of E There was no resistance to tegacyclin and polymyxin in Escherichia coli.The sensitivity of Acinetobacter baumannii to ampicillin,amoxicillin / clavulanic acid and cefoxitin was higher than that of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.It is highly resistant to the first and second generation cephalosporins,but highly sensitive to ceftazidime,imipenem,meropenem,minocycline and tegacyclin.Acinetobacter baumannii was not found to be resistant to tegacyclin.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was completely sensitive to polymyxin B.The detection rate of Masr is 20%-30%.Staphylococcus aureus is highly sensitive to ampicillin / sulbactam,amoxicillin / clavulanic acid,ceftriaxone,cefoxitin,aminoglycosides,rifampicin,fluoroquinolones,furantoin and chloramphenicol.In addition to 0.2% resistant to vancomycin detected in 2018,it is also resistant to linezolid,vancomycin and tegacyclin The number of bacteria was 0.Conclusion:The detection rate of drug-resistant bacteria in clinical isolation in Jiangxi cancer hospital is obviously on the rise,and the situation of drug resistance is not optimistic.Effective and necessary measures should be taken to control and standardize the application of antibiotics.
