Cervical traction is one of the important methods for cervical spondylosis.The research shows that the rational traction therapy not only includes tension,but also related to time,angles and modes.Thus,on the basis of the manual traction chair,we designed a new traction which used automation and embedded technology.The equipment improve accuracy and works by many modes,which can be controlled automatically.The work of this article is as follows.(1)System scheme design and parameter analysis.First,we analyzed the system.Then we designed the mechanical structure and control scheme.Finally,the traction,traction angle,traction time,Traction mode and other control parameters of cervical traction treatment were analyzed theoretically.(2)In order to improve the control accuracy of traction force and enhance the robustness of the control system.We use fuzzy PID control algorithm to study traction system.Firstly,the mathematic model of system is established.Secondly,the model of traction fuzzy PID control system is obtained by designing the language value variable,membership function and fuzzy rules.Finally,the simulation with MATLAB shows that the fuzzy PID control algorithm can improve the dynamic response of the system while satisfying the requirement of traction control precision.(3)Hardware platform.The hardware selection and circuit design of traction equipment are carried out on the system board based on ARM processor.Including tensile testing,LCD touch screen,stepper motor and drive,sound and light alarm,stop button and other circuit modules,thus completing the entire hardware platform.(4)System software development.Firstly,the embedded Linux operating system isused as the software platform to develop the driver of the hardware device.Second,using touch-screen configuration software designer Man-machine interface design.Thus the whole software system is developed,which mainly realizes the functions of user login,scheme establishment,parameter setting,equipment control and operation monitoring.(5)Test on hardware platform.To ensure the reliability of the system,and to improve the system parameters,we tested the traction angle separately and analyzed the error of the experimental data.
