Objectives By embedded teeth traction of maxillary anterior teeth area of operation of different related clinical research,combination of CBCT images such as auxiliary equipment,spiral CT and curved surface fault,for different operation cases of postoperative review review,until the end of the traction,record attached gingiva width,thickness of attached gingiva,gingival retreat,lip side bone plate thickness,root absorption data,such as comparative study of several different operative methods in periodontal prognosis standards,provide certain reference for clinical work.Methods In March 2014 to October 2016,during the period,in Tangshan Xiehe Hospital(Tangshan Stomatological Hospital)in patients undergoing embedded teeth traction help of surgery cases,randomly selected 120 patients as sample.All patients to come forward to ambush maxillary teeth,and already reserved ahead of time by orthodontic department vacancies on the tooth clearance.Exception conditions include: people with periodontal inflammation or other may interfere with the results of systemic diseases or genetic disease cases;High maxillary or inversion of maxillary special cases;Hauling schemes should be from the cases selection criteria added separately,to ensure that the sample size.120 patients were randomly divided into four groups,each group 30 cases,remember as a,b,c,d group,use of CBCT and surface fault and related auxiliary examination imaging equipment,embedded teeth position,root formation,existence of root tip deformity,determine incision position,adopt the alveolar ridge top notch enclosed guide teeth),where d group as control group.All four groups of 120 patients,the postoperative follow-up visit once a month,a total of track follow-up 6 times,after completion of traction,by CBCT and clinical examination record relevant data.Relevant data including: attached gingiva width and thickness of attached gingiva,gum retreat,lip side bone plate thickness,root absorption.Data collection standards: postoperative follow-up: 30 + 2 days between,track half a year,a total of track follow-up 6 times.Traction complete standard: to suffer from tooth to return to normalposition and can establish normal jaw relations shall prevail.Attached gingiva width: using periodontal probe measuring membrane gum is combined to transparent high vertical distance.The thickness of the attached gingiva: use of CBCT measurement of tooth thickness of labial side attached gingiva,accurate to 0.01 mm.Gum back: using periodontal probe probe glaze dentine,if the glaze dentine under the gum,no gum,remember to "-",if on the gum,namely have gum back,remember to "+".Lateral lips bone plate thickness: use of CBCT measuring alveolar bone crest of labial side root thickness of 2 mm bone plate,accurate to 0.01 mm.Root absorption: by observation of CBCT root form,for the "+","-".Raw data into Excel table,ready for statistical analysis.Results 1.a,b,c group compared with control group in terms of width of attached gingiva,through the statistical treatment,P < 0.001,so the P < 0.05,with statistical significance.2.a,b,c group compared with control group in terms of the thickness of the attached gingiva,through the statistical treatment,P < 0.001,so the P < 0.05,there is statistical significance;At the same time,a,b,c three experimental groups compared between groups,P < 0.05,also have statistical significance.3.a,b,c group compared with control group in the aspect of labial side bone plate thickness,through the statistical treatment,P < 0.001,so the P < 0.05,there is statistical significance;At the same time,a,b,c three experimental groups compared between groups,P < 0.05,also have statistical significance.Incidence of gum back 4.A and b group were 6.67%,group c gums shrink rate was 10%,control group gums shrink rate is 16.67%,but no statistical significance.5.a,b,c group and control group were not root absorption.Conclusions 1.Alveolar ridge top incision closed guide of operation,incision to the nearest closed guide of operation and the root to the reset disc open cases of operation three operative methods and the prognosis of attached gingiva width were greater than to flap open cases of 'operation.2.The thickness of the four surgical outcomes of attached gingiva,from thick to thin in the order: alveolar ridge top notch closed guide of operation,incision to the nearest closed guide of operation,root to open mode of operation,to reset disc valve open mode of operation.Which USES the alveolar ridge top notch enclosed guide of surgical
