Curative Effect Analysis Of Lingual Mucosa In The Treatment Of Complex Anterior Urethral Stricture

Objective: To explore the value and complications of the application of tongue mucosa in complex anterior urethral strictures to explore an ideal method for the treatment of anterior urethral stricture.Methods: Clinical data of 32 patients with complicated anterior urethral stricture treated with tongue mucosa collected from Department of Urology,the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from April 2015 to December 2017 were collected.Including the name,sex,age,medical record number,operation date and so on.The operation time,location and length of urethral stricture,number of preoperative operation,indwelling time of stent,length and width of lingual mucosa resection and postoperative stenosis were analyzed by univariate analysis,And observed postoperative oral recovery.Results: Thirty-two patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.In the early postoperative period,27 patients(84.3%)had normal micturition.There were 5 cases of urethral strictures and related complications,including 1 case of urethral fistula.After urethral repair,the urination was unobstructed.Another case of urethral fistula did not require further treatment.Three cases of anastomotic stenosis were treated with multiple urethral dilatations to smooth urination.The overall success rate was 96.9%.Six patients with restricted tongue extension after lingual mucosal transplantation were included.Five of them had remission after 6 months.One patient had disappeared after one year of follow-up.Conclusion: Lingual mucosal graft materials were more widely used in1.2 ~ 1.5cm,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower.It is a suitable graft material to treat complicated anterior urethral stricture.
