Clinical Observation On Treatment Of PCOS Hyperandrogenism Treated By Diane-35 And Bushenhuayufang

Objective:The objective of this study was to observe the effects of Bushenhuayufang and Diane-35in the treatment of PCOS with hyperandrogenism clinical curative effect and the change index of Kaohsiung hormone level,the objective evaluation of its curative effect.Methods:60 cases of PCOS with hyperandrogenismpatients were selected and divided into treatment group,control group in accordance with the principle of randomized,control principle,each with 30 cases.Two groups were treated with Diane-35,the treatment group based on the use of Bushenhuayufang,treatment duration of three menstrual cycles.The changes of body mass index?BMI?,TCM syndrome score,acne score and multi hairy score,detection of serum sex hormone?LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T,E₂?,the content of sex hormone binding globulin?SHGB?,anti Mullerian hormone?AMH?level and tube ultrasonic detection of bilateral ovarian volume and bilateral ovarian antral follicle in two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Result:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%and 72.41%respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group?P<0.05?.2.TCM syndrome score:two groups of patients with TCM syndrome total score were improved?P<0.05?,treatment group?in the menstrual cycle,volume,color,quality,menstruation,dysmenorrhea?and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome?orbital dark side and dark spots,Yaoxisuanruan?than before treatment Shan obviously?P<0.05?;Compared to control group,treatment group?menstrual cycle,volume,color?and lassitude,dizziness and tinnitus,Yaoxisuanruan,loss of libido,night urination symptoms improve better?P<0.05?.3.Acne and hirsutism score:the treatment group of acne and hirsutism score before treatment were improved?P<0.05?;and the acne treatment group was superior to control group?P<0.05?.4.Serum sex hormone level:after treatment,the levels of LH,T and LH/FSH in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the level of E₂ was increased?P<0.05?,the same time difference was statistically significant.Compared to the control group,the level of LH and T decreased and E₂ level increased in the treatment group?P<0.05?.5.The level of SHGB and AMH:after treatment,SHGB increased and AMH decreased in the treatment group?P<0.05?.In the control group,SHGB increased and AMH decreased?P<0.05?.After treatment,SHGB was increased in the treatment group compared with control group,and the AMH decreased?P<0.05?.6.Ovarian index:the number of sinus follicles in treatment group was significantly improved?P<0.05?,Moreover,and the number of antral follicles in treatment group was lower than control group?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the volume of bilateral ovarian volume between the two groups before and after treatment?P>0.05?,After treatment,there was no difference in ovarian volume between the treatment group and the control group?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.The combination of Bushenhuayufang combined with Diane-35 can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of deficiency of kidney deficiency and blood stasis typePCOS hyperandrogenemia,and reduce the scores of hairy and acne,and its efficiency is better than that of the control group.2.Bushenhuayufang combined with Diane-35 can regulate the sex hormone level of PCOS hyperandrogenemia patients,reduce serum LH,T,LH/FSH and AMH,and increase serum E₂ and SHGB.Reduce the number of bilateral sinus follicles,promote the recovery of ovarian function,the effect of hyperandrogenemia is accurate.
