Objective:To establish dehydroepiandrosterone-induced polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in rats hyperandrogenism model, using lian jin huan zhu yin under the guidance of Tiao shen Qing fei method intervention study the impact of their hyperandrogenism, to provide the basic clinical and experimental theorical evidence for ovarian function in clinical rehabilitation.Method:inject Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in 21-day SD rat posterior subcutaneous and establish rat model of PCOS. The establishment of drug group (n=9), PCOS model group (n=9), control group (n=10). After the end of the experiment measured body weight, ovarian weight, ovarian organ index calculation; serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay hormones; ovarian biopsy, using image analysis software Image-ProPlus6.0 morphological analysis, counting the total number of follicles, atresia number of follicles, corpus luteum, calculating the thickness of granular layer, film thickness, atretic follicles / total follicles.Granular layer thickness and layer thickness selected three 200 times microscope view of the follicles were analyzed and calculated.Results:1 after treatment total testosterone (T), free testosterone (FT), free testosterone index (FAI), dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in each group, P<0.05, the differences were significant; hormone binding protein (SHBG) drug group and model group and blank group, P <0.05, significant difference, but between model group and control group, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; androstenedione (A) model groups and control groups were compared, P<0.05, significant difference, drug group and model group comparison, P>0.05 the difference was not statistically significant; follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) among the three groups, P>0.05 There was no significant difference.2 shows the total number of follicles in ovarian pathology, the model was significantly less than the drug group and control group, P<0.05, drug group and the control group no significant difference; atresia follicles, drug group and model group than the control group, drug group compared with the control group no significant difference; luteum, drug group and control group were higher than the model group, but the medication group than control group; follicle granular layer thickness, drug group and control group were higher than the model group, close to the drug group and control group no significant difference; follicle film thickness, the model group was significantly thicker, there were significant differences between drug groups and control groups was similar.Conclusions:DHEA induced SD rats animal model of PCOS and the pathological changes of the blood of ovarian endocrine changes similar to patients with PCOS; tiao shen qing fei chinese herb therapies can improve the abnormal morphology of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and reduce the polycystic ovary serum total testosterone, free testosterone and DHEA levels, increase sex hormone binding protein content, so that lower testosterone activity, thus contributing to ovulation.
