Objective:755 cases of HIV\AIDS patients in 4 cities of Liao Ning province in 2011 completed questionnaires in this study.And this study conducted a five-year follow-up study until December31,2015,with death as the end point events,.This study exploved effects of psychological factors on the survival time of patients with PLWHA.This study could province the psychological intervention strategy,and promoted the quality of life among HIV patients.Methods:Excel software was used to record data,entery and SPSS 20 was used for statistical analysis.According to the results of data collection,all categorical variables were quantified assigned to P<0.05.The single factor analysis used chi square test to make a significant description of the difference,and the risk factors of survival were analyzed by Cox risk regression model.Result: The factors affecting the final outcome of AIDS patients in different stages of AIDS were age,monthly income,the latest month and the latest March condom use,AIDS awareness,anxiety or depression.Their impact on the survival of AIDS patients is: the younger the less infected,the more likely to die,(beta =-2.498,P=0.004),the higher the monthly income(beta =-2.696,P=0.005),the last month(beta,P=0.006)and the recent(beta = 2.112,P=0.022)condom use in recent March(beta = 2.112,P=0.022)use The living conditions of those infected each time with condoms were better,the living conditions of the infected people with higher AIDS awareness(beta =3.945,P=0.000),anxiety(beta =2.799,P=0.009)and depression(beta =2.352,P=0.030)were all affected by the survival condition,and the living conditions of those without anxiety or depression were better.The quality of life had an impact on the survival condition,and the survival rate of those with better quality of life was better(=1.844,P=0.003).The factors influencing the final outcome of AIDS patients are regular medication,age,educational level,quality of life and awareness rate of AIDS.Their effects on AIDS patients were: regular use of AIDS patients with better survival(beta =6.402,P=0.000),the younger patients were more likely to die(beta =-2.045,P=0.011),higher education level of AIDS patients with better survival(beta =-4.255,P=0.001)with better quality of life of AIDS The survival rate of patients was higher(=2.223,P=0.031),and the awareness rate of AIDS was higher.The survival rate of group A was better(=4.169,P=0.001).ConclusionConclusion 1.Among HIV infected persons and AIDS patients,the results indicated that younger patients had worse survival.Conclusion 2.among people living with HIV,the survival rate of those with higher monthly income was better.Conclusion 3.in AIDS patients,the higher the culture,the better the survival.Conclusion 4 the population with high awareness rate was better than those with low awareness in both HIV infected patients and patients.Conclusion 5.when AIDS infected people had not been infected,whether anxiety or depression affects the living conditions of AIDS infected people,but when the AIDS infected people come to the stage of the disease,whether the regular use of drugs were closely related to AIDS patients.Conclusion 6 improving the quality of life was of great significance to the survival of AIDS patients and infected persons.
