Objective:To understand the occurrence of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder and injury characteristics in HIV-infected/AIDS patients, and to explore the possible influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for early intervention and nursing care. Methods:Using montreal cognitive assessment scale for 1384 patients of Changsha first hospital. The factors of influencing HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder were analyzed by Single factor chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:1.Occurrence and damage characteristics of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder in HIV-infected/AIDS patients1384 cases of HIV-infected/AIDS patients, the montreal cognitive assessment scale score below 26 points in 173 cases(12.5%),in which the visual space and executive function(45.01%),delayed recall(51.23%),abstract(56%)average score level low.2.General situation and HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder of HIV-infected / AIDS patientsSingle factor chi-square test analysis showed that the type of patients, gender, age, sexual orientation, infection time, marriage status, education level have statistically significant difference in HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder in HIV-infected/AIDS patients(p ? 0.05).However,depression,anxiety have no statistically significant difference in HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder among HIV-infected /AIDS patients(p>0.05).3.Laboratory examination results and HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder of HIV-infected / AIDS patientsSingle factor chi-square test analysis showed that the CD4+T lymphocytes,HIV viral load, white blood cell count, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, total cholesterol have statistically significant difference in HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder in HIV-infected/AIDS patients(p?0.05).However,hemoglobin,platelet count, blood glucose, alanine transaminase, straw transaminase have no statistically significant difference in HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder among HIV-infected/AIDS patients(p>0.05).4.Different characteristics of HIV-infected/AIDS patients with HIV-associated neurocognitive disorderMultivariate regression analysis showed that gender(OR=2.670,95%CI:1.619,4.402),age(OR=2.603,95%CI:2.112,3.209),white blood cell count(OR=2.727,95%CI:1.695,4.387),triglycerides(OR=3.123,95%CI:1.945,5.013),total cholesterol(OR=3.750,95%CI:2.129,6.604)were the risk factors of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder in HIV-infected/AIDS patients, and the number of years of Education(OR=0.446,95%CI:0.334,0.597)and CD4+T lymphocytes cells(OR=0.742,95%CI:0.630,0.874)were the protective factors of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder in HIV-infected/AIDS patients. Conclusion: The incidence of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder is 12.5%.It is mainly manifested in the aspects of executive function, delayed memory and abstract ability, and the phenomenon is more likely to occur in elderly, female, low education years, low CD4+T lymphocytes cells, high leucocyte number and high blood lipid HIV-infected/AIDS patients.Medical staff should carry on the cognitive function appraisal to all HIV-infected/AIDS patients, attention is paid to the HIV-infected/AIDS patients who elderly, female, low education years, low CD4+T lymphocytes cells, high leucocyte number and high blood lipid, and in the executive function, delayed recall and abstract ability to be the corresponding clinical intensive training.
