Observation On The Curative Effect Of The Tuina On Jiaji Acupoint Combined With Needle Warming Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Lumbar Back Fascitis

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Tuina on Jiaji acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion and traditional Tuina combined with needle warming moxibustion on lumbar back fascitis,and compare their differences,so as to provide a more effective treatment for lumbar back fascitis.Methods: 57 cases of lumbar back fascitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with the Tuina on Jiaji acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion,and 29 cases were observed;The control group was treated with traditional Tuina combined with needle warming moxibustion,and 28 cases were observed.3 times a week(1/3/5 per week),totally 3 courses,following up 2 months later.Observed the change of SF score and VAS score before and after treatment in the two groups and compared the differences between the two groups.Results: 1.The baseline data of two groups before treatment : The gender,age,duration of disease,VAS score and SF score were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The treatment results:(1)Comparison among two groups: The Total efficiency comparison of the two groups: In the treatment group,29 cases were completed,17 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 93.10%;In the control group,28 cases were completed,8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective and 4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 85.71%.Both groups had no cure disease cases.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the VAS score and SF score in two groups on the first,second and third after treatment and follow-up was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Intra-group comparison: The VAS score and SF score had significant difference in the treatment group and the control group before and after each course of treatment(P<0.05);The VAS score and SF score had no significant difference in the treatment group and the control group follow-up andafter the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.the Tuina on Jiaji acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion and traditional Tuina combined with needle warming moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of lumbar back fascitis and improve the quality of the life of patients.2.The effect of the Tuina on Jiaji acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion is better than traditional Tuina combined with needle warming moxibustion therapy in relieving patients' pain and improving their signs.3.The research of this topic confirms that the Tuina on Jiaji acupoint combined with needle warming moxibustion has its great advantage in alleviating pain and elevating quality of life of lumbar back fascitis,and has the significance of promoting clinical application.
