Objective:A randomized controlled trial was used to observe the clinical efficacy of severe acute pancreatitis with paralytic ileus clinical symptoms, such as abdominal?abdominal distension,by using needling Zusanli ? Zhongwan with electric acupuncture.at the same time, evaluating the therapeutic effect of electric acupuncture group and routine treatment group,to provide the best treatment plan for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with paralytic ileus by electroacupuncture. Methods:The clinical observation methods and random principles were adopted to select patients who were hospitalized in the Emergency department of Chengdu University of T.C.M and Gastroenterology department of Mianyang of T.C.M from January 2016 to February2018.selecting 60 cases into the standard of severe acute pancreatitis with paralytic ileus, according to the random number table method that divided into electric acupuncture group and routine treatment group.the routine treatment group was given basic western medicine treatment, including fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration capacity, maintain the body water electrolyte and acid-base balance, use of antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, somatostatin and ulinastatin statin, analgesia, nutritional support, etc.the electric acupuncture group was applied to the basic western medical treatment with electric acupuncture to stimulate Zu sanli and zhong wan,One time each day, each time for 30 min,the electroacupuncture treatment was 5d.The patients were observed to have a change in the severity of abdominal pain and abdominal distension before and after treatment,as well as the normal level of blood amylase in each group.SPSS 24.0 was used to statistically analyze the data between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of electroacupuncture group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of routine treatment group was 73.33%.During the treatment, the number of patients undergoing surgery or ICU was 0,and the routine treatment group was 1.Two groups in the abdominal distension abdominal pain remission, abdominal distension, abdominal pain relief time, number of bowel sounds before and after electroacupuncture, bowel sound recovery time, exhaust recovery time defecate, white blood cells, blood amylase, urine amylase recovery time, hospitalization days and APACHE ? scoring,The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the electroacupuncture group was better than that of the routine treatment group. Conclusions:In basic western medicine treatment of SAP with paralytic ileus,on the basis of the application of electroacupuncture in Zu sanli and Zhong wan,the degree of abdominal distension abdominal pain, bowel sounds recovery time, abdominal distension, abdominal pain relief time, such as exhaust recovery time defecate paralytic ileus symptoms improved is superior to the basic western medicine treatment. The application of electroacupuncture to stimulate Zu sanli and zhong wan points is better than the traditional western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in white blood cells and blood amylase recovery time.
