Liang Qiu Sufficient Comparative Study Of Three Mile Stomach Yu Zhongwan Four Points Intervene In Experimental Acute Gastric Mucosal Injury Specific Role

Acupoint is the part receiving the stimulus of acupuncture and moxibustion,so the acupoint is key factor of acupuncture and moxibustion recipe.If the function and the peculiarity of a single acupoint was made clear,the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion would get more improvement and the general principle would also obtain,it is most important for the research of acupoint peculiarity,which is based on the generalization of the ancients' experience and the clinic development of modern medicine.A good effect was took on the stomach disease,which is the common one in the clinic but because of many types of stomach disease in TCM according to the factor of different viscera,different recipes of acupuncture and moxibustion should also be made.It is necessary to made recipe by the function and the peculiarity of a single acupoint.An acute rat gastric ulcer induced by absolute alcohol was adopted as subject in our experiments,the curative effect of acupoints of Weishu Zhongwan Zusanli and Liangqiu is compared each other in order to find and conclude the peculiarities from the location character course and so on of the disease and direct the clinic practice. 42 Wistar big rats was divided into 6 groups randomly:the normal one,the model one,the Weishu one,the Zhongwan one the Zusanli one and the Liangqiu one.The UI,the value of NO of the whole blood and ET of stomach mucous membrane,the GMBF of the pylorus,the big flex,the small flex,the front,the back and the cardiac of the stomach were take as the indexes to compare the peculiarity between each other. The results are as below:1.UI:The UI of the model group,the Weishu group and the Zhongwan group were higher than the normal group significantly (P＜0.05),while no significant different was shown between the rest groups(P＞0.05).2.ET:The Weishu group,the Zhongwan group and the Zusanli group were respectively lower than the normal group and the model group significantly(P＜0.05).The Weishu group,the Zhongwan group and the Zusanli group were also lower than the Liangqiu group great significantly(P＜0.01).The value of the Liangqiu group is the highest,but there is no siginificant differernt between the Liangqiu group,the normal group and the model group(P＞0.05).3.NO:The value of the model is the highest and great significant different was shown between the model group and the rest groups(P＜0.01),while there no significant different between the rest groups(P＞0.05).4.The value of ET/NO:the value of the model is the lowest and significant different was shown between the model group and the rest groups(P＜0.05).5.GMBF:There is no significant different between groups,but distribution of GMBF at six points were different.So conclusions can be drawn as below:1.The acupoints of Liangqiu and Zusanli have good instant effect on the acute trauma of gastric mucous membrane.2.It is uncertain that the acupoints of Zhongwan and Weishu have instant effect on the acute trauma of gastric mucous membrane.3.The peculiarity also exists between the acupoint Zhongwan Wcishu and Liangqiu respectively,between the acupoint Zhongwan Weishu and Zusanli respectively.4.The peculiarity between the acupoin Zhongwan and Weishu can not be sure.
