Based On Data Mining To Analyze The Clinical Efficacy For The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in acute asthmatic period,and to study the effect on TCM symptom score of wheezing,score of asthma control questionnaire,the change of serum C-reactive protein,Neurocyte percent.Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this decoction in acute exacerbatio of asthma after the study,and hope to provide some useful references or clinical basis for the treatment.Methods:The 60 cases in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the admitted order,with60 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group.The treatment group and the control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy,while patients in treatment group were treated with Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy,two groups were treated for 14 days.After treatment,observe tow groups of acute asthmatic clinical efficacy and effects on TCM symptom,serum C-reactive protein,Neurocyte percent.All the index data was analysis and evaluate.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in the gender,age,course of disease,and Chinese medicines symptom integral,ACQ7 score,serum C-reactive protein,Neurocyte percent before treatment,P>0.05,comparable.2.According to the statistical date : two groups of patients the symptom score,the syndrome scores,total symptom scores and total scores of syndrome had no significant difference before treatment P>0.05,comparable;after treatment,analysis showed that the two groups can improve the patient's symptoms,signs and symptoms in the treatment group P<0.05,and the treatment group curative effect is better than anther group.3.The symptomatic ring remission time of wheezing ? cough and so on in patients with asthma when feeling symptoms relief is obviously shorter than that in acute episode period.4.The levels of C-reactive protein,Neurocyte percent in serum were decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),have statistical sense,and the above levels in treatment were obviously lower than those in the control group after treatment(P <0.05),the the treatment group was better than the control group.5.Compared the response rates of two groups with curative effect were significantly increased,the effective rate was 78.9% in the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92%.According to the efficacy of the two groups,P<0.05,the the treatment group was better than the control group.6.There were no obvious adverse event in observed in either group during therapy.Conclusion: The Shegan Mahuang Decoction can improve the Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome for example gasp for breath,wheezing and so on,control acute attack and enhance quality of live,and worthy of spreading.
