The Study Of The Effect Of Modified Procedure For Prolapse And Hemorrhoids (PPH) In Treating Hot And Humid Injection-type Mixed Hemorrhoids

ObjectiveTo Exploring the effectiveness and safety of modified PPH in the treatment of hot and humid injection-type mixed hemorrhoidsMethodsPatients were randomly assigned treamment group(modified PPH)or sham CE group(conventional PPH).Measure of the width of 8 locations of the surgically removed rectal mucosa,calculating the mean and standard deviation.The mean indicates the width of the resected rectal mucosa,Use standard deviation to reflect whether the rectal mucosa is uniform.Record the number of patients with anastomotic bleeding during surgery and the number of anastomotic bleeding sites?The number of patients with postoperative urinary retention,the number of patients requiring analgesics,and the number of patients with rectal vaginal fistula,rectal perforation,postoperative massive hemorrhage,and anastomotic stenosis were recorded to assess the safety of modified PPH.Results66 patients(36 vs 30)have been observed.In the study group(modified PPH),The rectal mucosa of the treamment group was wider(4.78±0.099 VS 3.09±0.098,P=0.000)and more uniform(Z=6.618,P=0.000),and the number of anastomotic bleeding was less than that of the control group(4/36 VS 24/30,P=0.000),and the average number of anastomotic bleeding sites was smaller(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the number of postoperative urinary retention(24/36 VS 22/30 P=1.000),the number of painkillers(14/36 VS 21/30 P=0.581),and the number of serious complications(0/36 vs 0/30)between the two groups.ConclusionsThis modified PPH is effective and safe in Treating hot and humid injection-type mixed Hemorrhoids...
