Objective The relationship between blood uric acid level and acute cerebral apoplexy in hypertensive patients was discussed, the relationship with the severity of acute stroke and the gender difference were analyzed, and the correlation between the blood uric acid and other risk factors of acute stroke was explored to seek a reasonable basis for the prevention and treatment of acute stroke. Methods This study collected 305 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from November 2016 to August 2017,including 98 cases of hypertension with acute cerebral infarction,110 cases of hypertension with acute cerebral hemorrhage, and 97 patients with simple hypertension.143 healthy subjects were selected at the same time.General clinical data were collected. The experimental group measured the blood pressure of the hospital, calculated the body mass index, and measured the levels of blood uric acid, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein in the next morning. The physical examination group detected the above indexes on the day of physical examination. At the same time, according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, the degree of nerve function loss in patients with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage was scored, and the scores were divided into three subgroups according to the score, that is,1-4 points were mild stroke,5-15 was moderate stroke, and 16 and above were classified as severe stroke.Data were collected and analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results(1)BMI,SUA,TG,TC,LDL level, hypertension with acute cerebral infarction group >hypertension with acute cerebral hemorrhage group > Simple hypertension group > healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).FBG level, hypertension with acute cerebral hemorrhage group > hypertension with acute cerebral infarction group > Simple hypertension group >healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).The HDL level was the highest in the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no difference in hypertension with acute cerebral infarction, hypertension with acute cerebral hemorrhage and simple hypertension.(2)multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of SUA was a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction(OR=5.479,95%CI 2.172-13.822,P<0.01),and also a risk factor for acute cerebral hemorrhage(OR=4.501,95%CI 2.275-8.907,P<0.01).(3)the level of uric acid in the patients with severe cerebral infarction was higher than that in the moderate cerebral infarction group, and the level of uric acid in the moderate cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the mild cerebral infarction group(P<0.01).The level of blood uric acid in the severe cerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that in the moderate intracerebral hemorrhage group, and the level of uric acid in the moderate intracerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that in the mild cerebral hemorrhage group(P<0.01).(4)there is a gender difference in blood uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the level of uric acid in male patients is significantly higher than that in female patients, the difference is statisticallysignificant(P<0.01).There was gender difference in blood uric acid in acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage group. The level of serum uric acid in male patients was significantly higher than that in female patients(P<0.05).(5)age,BMI,TG,LDL and FBG were positively correlated with SUA in hypertensive population. The correlation coefficients R were 0.661,0.605,0.669,0.795,0.786,respectively.Age,BMI,TG,LDL and FBG were positively correlated with SUA.The correlation coefficients R were 0.567,0.690,0.675,0.774,0.838,respectively.Conclusion 1.elevated serum uric acid level is a risk factor for stroke in hypertensive patients.2.the serum uric acid level is related to the severity of the disease in acute stage of acute stroke. The higher the level of uric acid, the more serious the disease is.3.The serum uric acid level in male hypertension patients with stroke is higher than that in females.4.serum uric acid level is closely related to other risk factors of stroke, such as Age,BMI,FBG,TG and LDL.
