Purpose:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the perineal prostate ultrasound treatment for patients with chronic prostatitis(CP)of the clinical treatment effect, and compared with the current clinical routine drug treatment,in order to provide patients with chronic prostatitis(CP)is more effective and safe treatment.Method:Collect male Qingdao university hospital outpatient service in March 2017,in January 2018,during the diagnosis standard of 104 patients with chronic prostatitis,USES the international prostate symptom scale(IPSS),chronic inflammation of prostate score(NIH-CPSI)and home-made information form to survey selected patients, and improve patients with prostate massage fluid(EPS)and related inspection,it adopts the method of randomized divided into 2 groups, group A for the perineum ultrasound treatment group, adopt the way of the perineum ultrasound treatment, ultrasonic treatment in accordance with the standard treatment for 1 day,40 minutes at A time,A total of 6 times, treatment course 2 weeks;Group B was the conventional drug treatment group, which gave the patients routine western medicine treatment, namely, the alpha beta blocker(tansoloxin hydrochloride),giving the patients a daily dose of 200 mg for two weeks. To compare the changes of patients with CP after treatment before and after treatment in each group to evaluate the effect of clinical treatment.Result:The IPSS score of patients before drug treatment was(14.115 + + 6.498)and NIH-CPSI(25.692 + 5.414),and the IPSS score(10.308 + 4.684)and NIH-CPSI score(17.615 + 9.200)were statistically significant(P<0).01),and drug therapy before and after the NIH-CPSI individual symptoms including pain score, micturition symptom scores, influence, the quality of life score and prostatic fluid(white blood cells, lecithin corpuscle)examination, compared with statistical significance(P < 0.01);The IPSS score was(13.769 + + 6.810)and NIH-CPSI total score(26.154 + + 6.910)before treatment, and the IPSS score(7.962 + + 4.748)and NIH-CPSI score(13.423 + 8.266)were statistically significant(P<0).01),and ultrasound before and after treatment the NIH-CPSI individual symptoms including pain score, micturition symptom scores, influence, the quality of life score and prostatic fluid(white blood cells, lecithin corpuscle)examination, compared with statistical significance(P < 0.01);After ultrasound treatment, the IPSS score and NIH-CPSI(including pain score, symptoms affecting quality of life score)were statistically significant(P<0.01),compared with the evaluation of urination and the examination of prostatic massage fluid(white blood cell and lecithin),there was no statistical significance(P BBB 0 0.05).According to the NIH-CPSI integral efficacy evaluation standard, the total effective rate of the ultrasonic treatment group was 73.08%,the total effective rate of the drug treatment group was 50.00%,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred after the two groups of patients were treated respectively. Conclusion:The perineum ultrasound treatment of chronic prostatitis is one of the clinically safe and effective treatment, compared with the existing clinical routine drug treatment methods can obviously relieve symptoms, improve patient quality of life. Moreover, the operation process is simple and convenient. Therefore,it is suitable for the clinical application of perineal ultrasound treatment as a novel treatment for CP.
