Objective: Aim to clarify the distribution of allergen in different regions in China by Meta-analysis.Methods: Wanfang data,VIP,CBM,CNKI,Pubmed,Embase,Science and Cochrane Library were searched for associated studies.The pooled estimates generated by R3.2.3.Results: 95 studies were included in the study.The results showed that the types of allergens in AR were different in various regions of China.Powder dust mites and household/house dust mites are the most common allergens in our country,and the former with a positive rate of 92% in eastern and southern China,the latter with the positive rate of 88% in eastern and southern China,followed by 85% in central China,the other allergens were pollen,ragweed,cockroaches and Artemisia.Conclusion: The categories of allergen in AR were different in different regions of China,and the distribution of partial allergen has obvious regional difference and characteristics.
