Analysis Of Allergen In Patients With Allergic Rhinitis In Lanzhou Area

Objective: Purpose of the study is Survey in Lanzhou area from March September2010to2011, the most common allergens types cause allergic rhinitis.Method: The method used in this study is through the skin prick test,the GeneralHospital of Lanzhou Military Region,the ENT out-patient for six months more398admissions of patients with allergic rhinitis, nine kinds of inhaled allergens and9foods to change the original intradermal test.Observe the subjects on the differentvariables of the original allergic reactions,the collected data through intuitivestatistics of the clinical data to understand the common allergens types of Lanzhouregion can induce allergic rhinitis.Results:398cases of patients with allergic rhinitis, the vast majority of the330patients,at least more than one variable allergen were positive,the postitive rate of82.9%;Which the top five allergens were dust mites(71.4%),summer and fallpollen(58.3%), Artemisia pollen(29.9%), Early spring pollen (23.4%),fish (20.4%)，most of the inhaled allergen;Different between the sexes allergen was no difference,Children sensitive to dust mites and summer pollen was significantly higher thanadult.Most patients with allergic rhinitis more than one allergen skin test positivereaction. However, the positive reaction and sensitive to the number of samples doesnot have statistically significant,alimentary allergen testing positive to marine fish,followed by shrimp,scallions,sesame seeds.Conclusion:Trials ultimately concluded Lanzhou area in patients with allergic rhinitisis the most common allergen was originally a variety of inhalation of dustmites,summer and fall pollen allergen original.Disease prevention,as well asempirical treatment process can provide some reference value.At the same timeprovide the basis for prevention and treatment programs and immunotherapy ofLanzhou region allergic rhinitis.
