Observation On The Inflammatory Stimuli Of Chloasma With Reduced Glutathione Combined With Chitosan

Objective: Relying on clinical experimental research,the change of inflammatory red zone index before and after treatment was carefully observed,and the treatment effect and recovery degree were evaluated,so that the follow-up treatment of chloasma had a new idea,and chloasma classification and treatment were better developed..Methods: In order to ensure the scientific nature of the research work and the accuracy of the results of the study,the author set up a special experimental group in the process of the study,all the subjects were selected from the dermatology department of Hebei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the study selected 80 patients,female patients chloasma are all skin barrier damage with inflammatory stimulation type,these patients are able to receive systematic treatment.During the study,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with reduced glutathione injection combined with chitosan and tranexamic acid,while the control group was treated with compound hydroquinone cream(hydroquinone combined with 0.025 % tretinoin,low-potency hormone and tranexamic acid).In order to ensure that the experimental results can be well measured,before and after the experiment,with the help of visia skin tester to participate in the experiment of patients were recorded,the inflammatory red zone indicators were analyzed,and recorded the analysis value.In the data analysis,spssl 3.0 was used.after statistical analysis,the effect was evaluated with p < 0.05 as the standard..Results: In this study,excluding hematopoietic system and liver and kidney disease patients,treatment before 1 month did not use the drug of metabolism of pigment patients and other reasons can not adhere to the completion of the experiment of patients,the study can be included in the statistical analysis of the category of patients with 80 people,40 people in both groups,to study and analyze all selected cases,found that it meets the standard,using analysis software to analyze the data,found that p > 0.05,there is no significant difference.Reduced glutathione was introduced in combination with chitosan,and the conditions of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.(before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks). Comparison of inflammatory red areas: referring to clinical diagnosis and curative effect standard of chloasma(revised by skin and venereal disease professional Committee of China society of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in 2003)and Zhao bian's clinical dermatology [ 2 ] and clinical experience summary,the curative effect standard is formulated as follows: basic recovery: skin lesion area regression > 60 %;The effect was significant: 30 % < the area of skin lesions subsided < 59 %;Effective: 10 % < skin lesion area regression < 29 %;No effect: skin lesion area subsided < 10 % or increased in proportion.Before and after the treatment of photos were compared,to measure the area of skin lesions subsided.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5 % and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.5 %.the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The introduction of reduced glutathione combined with chitosan can effectively inhibit skin pigmentation,dilute the stain,and repair the skin barrier function in patients with inflammatory stimulating melasma,and it is possible to further treat melasma in clinic.2.The study found that in patients with changes in the red zone of inflammation,the brown spots on the skin of some patients also improved,but in different patients,there is a certain degree of difference in the degree of improvement.However,the relationship between the two has not yet been clarified.It also needs to be determined in follow-up clinical trials,and large-scale statistical analysis is required to give exact conclusions.3.Because of lack of experimental funds,insufficient time,and incomplete observations,for the treatment method,only preliminary conclusions are drawn at the moment and cannot be used as the final result.If you want to further determine the treatment method,you need to conduct further experiments to explore,need to strengthen the clinical study.
