Clinical Research Of C-kit And PAR-2 Expression Levels In The Skins Damage Area Of Patients With Chloasma

Objective:From the research of C-kit、PAR-2 express at skin damage area in the patients with chloasma, we want to known its function in the pigmentation process to provide new theoretical and experimental data for the pathogenesis. Method:20 samples were taken from damage facial skin of chloasma vs 20 samples were taken from normal facial skin.Detect the express condition of C-kit and PAR-2 in both of them with Immunohistochemical method. Dtect grey value of C-kit and PAR-2 in all specimen after morphology quantitative analysis the dyeing pathological slices with Microscopic image analysis. Result:The grey value of C-kit and PAR-2 in chloasma is express lower than normal.there is statistically difference between the two groups.P<0.01. Conclusion:The express of C-kit and PAR-2 in damage skin of chloasma is higher than normal skin,C-kit、PAR-2 may play an regulation role in the pigmentation process of the patients with chloasma.
