Blood-flow-premoting Herbs With Valsartan In The Treatment Of Early Stage Diabetic Nephropathy

Objectives:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Valsartan treatment intervention in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy(DN).DN is the exemlary diabetic microvascular complicant.In the early stage of DN,the study show the advantages of Blood-Flow-Premoting Herbs combined with Valsartan.Metheds:The study collects patients with DN II,whom from Beijing Yanhua Hospital between Mar 2016 to June 2017.The patients were divided nto two groups by random numbers table.All patients were given hypogl-ycemic and lipid-lowering therapy.40 patients form the treatment group,who treated with Blood-Flow-Premoting Herbs and Valsartan.The other 40 patients was treated with Valsartan.The treatment course is 8 weeks.The two groups in clinical indicators observe the efficacy of clinical symptoms,microalb-uminuria,HbA1c,lipids.Observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment intervention in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Results:Microalbuminuria curative effect:In treatment group the total efficiency was 90%.In control group,the total efficiency was67.5%.Total efficiency by?~2 test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The compliance rate of HbA1c by?~2 test,P>0.05,the difference was no statistically significant.In treatment group the compliance rate of CHO was 62.5%.In control group,the compliance rate was30%.The compliance rate of LDL-Cwas 60%,while 27.5%of control group.The compliance rate of TG in treatment group was23%,while 27.5%of control group.The compliance rate of CHO,TG,LDL-C by?~2 test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Clinical symptoms remission rate:In trreatment group the total efficiency was 70%.In control group total efficiency was42.5%.Total efficiency by?~2test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The study show that the group treated with Blood-Flow-Premoting Herbs and Valsartan was better than the group treated withVals-artan.Blood-Flow-Premoting Herbs with Valsartan treatment can effectively decrease microalbuminuria,This treatment can improve clinical symptoms and made the patients feel better.
