The Therapeutic Effect Of Shen Qi Di Huang Decoction Combining With Valsartan On Diabetic Nephropathy Of Qi And Yin Deficiency At Early Stage Objective

To explore the efficiency and mechanism of the Shen Qi Di Huang decoction combined with valsartan for the treatment of diabetic nephroathy of Qi and Yin deficiency by observing the indicators regard to the treatment,the indicators including mALB、NAG、HbAlc、SCr、 FBG、blood pressure levels and symptom scores of TCM.Our objective was to improve the treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency, control and delay the development of DN.MethodsRefer to "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diabetes Prevention Guide", We gathered100different extent diabetic nephropathy samples which belong to Qi and Yin deficiency and there were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group each50cases. All cases were reference to the2004ADA guidelines salt treatment of diabetic nephropathy, it demands for controlling blood sugar, low salt, high-quality low-protein, low-fat diet, controlling blood pressure and motion guidance. The control group was treated with Valsartan80mg/d and the treatment group with Shen Qi Di Huang soup valsartan80mg/d according to syndrome differentiation treatment for8weeks. We measured the changes of the mALB、NAG、HbAlc、SCr、FBG、blood pressure levels of both groups before and after treatment. Under "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diabetes Prevention Guide",we designed diabetic nephropathy symptom scores table, using symptom Points to contrast symptoms after treatment.Results1、There were no significant different in gender, age, disease duration, microalbuminuria, urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine blood urea nitrogen (BUN), fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, symptom scores between the two groups. 2、significantly lower than both before treatment (P<0.05). The urinary albumin and urinary NAG of control group were both higher than the treatment group after treatment.(P<0.05).3、After treatment,the glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine, fasting glucose, blood pressure levels of two groups were lower than before.(P<0.05). But between the two groups, the difference of above indicators was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).4、After8weeks of treatment, the symptom scores of treatment group were significantly lower than before.(P<0.05). The symptom scores value of treatment group were significantly lower than control group after treatment.(P<0.05).5、No untoward effects were observed in the entire observation process.ConclusionShen Qi Di Huang decoction combined with valsartan for the treatment of diabetic nephroathy of qi and yin deficiency can improve urinary albumin, urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase, serum creatinine, blood glucose, blood pressure, the symptoms of the disease and protect renal function and delay the progress of renal failure while no significant adverse reactions during administration. Compared with using valsartan alone,this method of improving urinary albumin, urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and the symptoms of the disease is more pronounced.
