Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects on early type 2 diabetic nephropathey(DN)with defciency of qi and yin with blood stasis syndrome by treated tangshenguanchangfang combinened with valsartan for clinical aplication to provide efficient treatment method.Mathod :63 cases of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathey with dificience of qi and yin with blood statis syndrome which the UAER betweeng 20 to 200ug/min,were selected and divided into two groups randomly(treatment group) and westernmedcine valsartan control group(comparement group),and were treated with tangshenguanchang decoction combined with valsartan ,and valsartan respectively for 1 month in addition to gliquidone or insulin as a basal treatment. The curative affect of early 2 diabetic nephropathey and traditional Chinese medical syndromes were observed. Moreover ,urinary-albumin-excreti- on-rate(UAER), BUN,were measurued and compared before arond after treatment. Results:1.The total efficient of treatment group is 84.4%,of the control group is 54.8%.There is significant difference on the totle efficient(P<0.05)2.Both groups can improve UAER(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference on reducing BUN( P> 0.05) .3.There is significant difference on decreasing UAER,BUN between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclution:By one month clinical observation , the clicical effect of tangshenguanchang decoction combined with valsartanis superior to valsartan respectively ,reducing UAER is superior to valsartan respectively,It has been certified an effective method by clinical experiment .It deserves the clinical expantion .
