Objective To simulate patients’ familiar life events and construct situational simulation wards, the time and space isomorphic situational simulated rehabilitation training method was used to guide the patients’ executive function and life self-care ability rehabilitation training,so as to improve the patient’s self-care ability and social adaptability. It is expected to explore a cheap, efficient, and widely used rehabilitation training method for cerebral infarction patients with executive dysfunction. Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,80 patients who were first diagnosed as cerebral infarction were divided into 40 cases and 40 cases in the intervention group, according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria. The specific implementation contents were as follows:1.Before the rehabilitation training, the Chinese version MoCA scale, the Barthle index scale and the line test scale were used to evaluate the performance and self-care ability of the two groups of patients.2.Control groups were given basic therapy combined with executive dysfunction therapy, and the intervention group was given basic therapy combined with the spatio-temporal isomorphic situational simulation training method(activity therapy training content, with jigsaw map, copy figure, item classification, digital game, time concept strong tone and other single training;time and space isomorphic situation)The content of simulated rehabilitation training was completed from 7in the morning to 7:30,from the bedroom to the two space of the bathroom, and to brush the teeth and wash the face.3.After 20 days of rehabilitation training, the effect of rehabilitation training was evaluated.4.To observe the changes of compliance and self-care ability of discharged patients at 1 and 3 months after discharge, and to evaluate the long-term effect of rehabilitation training.Results(1)There was no significant difference in gender, age, education level and hemiplegia side between the two groups(p>0.05).The baseline of the two groups was comparable.(2)Before the rehabilitation training, there was no significant difference in the assessment of the MoCA scale, the assessment of daily living activity and the connection test, and the two groups were comparable(p>0.05).(3)After 1 courses of rehabilitation, two kinds of executive function rehabilitation training methods are effective. The MoCAscale, connection test and activity of daily living in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(4)After 1months of discharge and 3 months of follow-up,the compliance and self-care ability of the patients with cerebral infarction were followed up and the intervention group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion(1)Through the observation of hospitalization and follow-up period, the simulation training method of spatiotemporal isomorphic scenario can significantly improve executive function and self-care ability of patients.(2)Two kinds of functional rehabilitation training methods can improve the performance of the patients to a certain extent, but the time and space isomorphic simulated rehabilitation training method centered on the patient is more conducive to maintain the compliance of patients’ rehabilitation exercise and improve their self-care ability.
