| Objective: to observe the bell ’s pole hairdressing needle treatment the clinical curative effect of facial paralysis eyelid closure is not complete,and with filiform needle acupuncture treatment for bell’ s facial paralysis in comparison with the clinical curative effect of eyelid closure insufficiency,explore the magnetic needle beauty treatment bell ’s clinical superiority of facial paralysis,for clinical treatment of the disease to carry out the new way of thinking.Methods: 70 cases of outpatient service in gansu university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture center of bell s palsy patients’ according to random number table method were randomly divided into the poles hairdressing needle treatment group and routine acupuncture group,the treatment group USES the magnetic pole hairdressing needle acupuncture bell ’s blisters in the lateral upper and lower eyelid treatment;The control group routine acupuncture treatment.On two groups of bell’s palsy patients before treatment and after treatment,respectively,to House-Brackmann(H-B)on both sides of facial nerve function evaluation,palpebral fissure in him only when the difference contrast,VAS pain score and the treatment when the needles are eye week after adverse reaction were compared.Results:1.The general situation is: two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,course of comparison between the group were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.2.This research subject in line with the diagnostic criteria,and the inclusion criteria selected 70 cases of subjects,the control fall off in 1 case,actual included 69 cases of subjects,according to the function of H-B grade,magnetic pole hairdressing needle group: 11 cases were cured,13 cases had marked effect,8 cases effective,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 91.4%.Routine acupuncture group: 6 cases were cured,7 cases had marked effect,14 cases effectively,7 had no effect,the total effective rate was 79.4%.Two groups of efficient difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical curative effect that pole hairdressing needle group is superior to the conventional acupuncture group.3.H-B classification comparison: comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),there are comparable.After treatment the treatment group were better than control group in the side of activity,there are statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Pole hairdressing needle group of eye week bleeding in 3 patients,bruises and other adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.6%;Routine acupuncture group with 8 cases of patients with eye week adverse reactions such as subcutaneous hematoma,bruises,adverse reaction rate was 23.5%.The incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions that pole hairdressing needle group was lower than that of conventional acupuncture group.5.Before and after treatment with side compared with the contralateral significant difference,the treatment group than the control group significant recovery more apparent,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).6.Using the method of visual analogue scale(VAS)of magnetic pole hairdressing needle group and ordinary group acupuncture needle pain as sessment,the results showed the pain points in the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the magnetic poles than ordinary acupuncture group into hairdressing needle when pain is lighter.conclusion:1.The bell ’s pole hairdressing needle treatment facial paralysis eyelid closure insufficiency clinical curative effect is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group,significant recovery,and less adverse reaction.Hairdressing needle acupuncture2.Poles than ordinary light needle stimulates,less pain,when the needles are suitable for rich vascular nerves,and compare the muscle layer shallow sensitive eye area. |
