Objective:To analyze the classification and clinical features of the responsible artery, etiology and etiology of acute cerebellar infarction.Method: from October 2014 to September 2017,the patients with acute cerebellar infarction hospitalized in the neurology department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were collected. The clinical features, etiological classification and MRI+MRA images of the skull were collected and analyzed.Result:In 299 patients with cerebellar infarction statistical analysis,we found that compared with PICA(Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery,PICA)group, the SCA(Superior Cerebellar Artery,SCA)group, the MCA(Multiple Cerebellar Arteries,MCA)group, artery atherosclerosis is the more common cause in PICA group(P < 0.05);Compared with MCA group,SCA group and PICA group, cardiogenic cerebral infarction was the more common cause of MCA group and SCA group(P<0.05).Compared with MCA group,PICA group and SCA group, hearing impairment in MCA group was more common(P<0.05).The SCA group,MCA group, and PICA group were more common than those in the SCA group and MCA group(P<0.05).In the SCA group, the PICA group, the AICA(Anterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery)group, and the MCA group, the occurrence of the brain stem in the SCA group was more rare(P<0.05).In the comparison of PICA group and MCA group, there were more cases of brain stem involvement in MCA group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mortality among the patients in each vascular group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between atast-induced atherosclerotic and cardiogenic infarcts and responsible artery of cerebellar infarction in TOAST(Trialof Org 10172 In Acute Stroke Treatment)etiologic classification.Common cerebellar infarction clinical symptoms of hearing disorders and ataxia and cerebellar responsible artery there is a correlation.SCA infarction involves the least involvement of the brainstem compared with other cerebellar infarcts.MCA infarction is more common in patients with infarction involving the brainstem than in PICA;There are many factors that affect the mortality of cerebellar infarction. It is not possible to assess the death of cerebellar infarction only by involving brainstem.
