ObjectiveThis study aims to initially establish a set of evaluation index system for the standardized training process of newly recruited nurses that meet the actual quantification of the tertiary hospital,according to the"Newly Recruited Nurses Training Program(Trial)"issued by the State in 2016,It provides a reference standard for the standardized assessment of newly recruited nurses in the course of training,and provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the effect and quality of standardized training for newly recruited nurses.It also provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for nurse administrators and hospitals to establish systematic training and evaluation system and model for newly recruited nurses.Methods1.After reviewing literature,we learned the progress of nurses'standardized training assessment research,combined with the training objectives and assessment requirements of standardized training nurses in the"Newly Recruited Nurses Training Program(Trial)",and we have initially draw up the framework for the evaluation index system for the standardized training process of nurses.2.The research progress of the nurses'standardized training process assessment was analyzed by the brainstorming method and group discussions,the evaluation indicators were screened out,and the nurses'standardized training process evaluation index system was initially established.3.Delphi method was used to conduct three times of expert interrogation on the initially established indicator system.The mean,coefficient of variation and full-scale ratio were used to screen the indicators,and the precedence chart method was used to calculate weight coefficient of the index.The evaluation index system for nurses'standardized training process was established.4.SPSS 17.0 software and EXCEL 2007 were used to manage the data and analyze the results of three times of expert interrogation.Results1.The experts came from the three grade A hospitals,which was approved by the local Health and Family Planning Commission to carry out standardized training for nurses after the National Health and Family Planning Commission issued the“Newly Recruited Nurses training Programme(trial)”document.It has good representation in academic level and subject research.2.The recovery rates of the questionnaires were 94.29%,96.67%and 100%,the effective recovery rates were 90.91%,100%and 100%,and the percentage of experts who proposed amendments were 66.67%,41.38%and 20.69%,a high degree of enthusiasm and concern for the study was showed from the experts;The authoritative coefficients of the experts were 0.920,0.940,and 0.963(all>0.700),indicated that the experts were credible;The Kendall harmony coefficient of the index system is 0.224,0.187,and 0.193,the?~2 test(P<0.05)indicated that the opinions of experts on the indicator system are consistent and the result is credible.3.The three first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators were included in the evaluation index system for nurses'standardized training process.Among them,the three first-level indicators and their weight coefficients are medical ethics(0.4023),theoretical knowledge(0.2759)and clinical practice ability(0.3563).Conclusion1.This study finally established the evaluation index system for nurses'standardized training process and the weights.According to the results of the enthusiasm,authority and coordination of the experts'opinions,the experts selected in this study are better representative,the experts'opinions are concentrated,and the research results are credible.The system can be used to evaluate nurses during the standardized training.2.The results of this study shows that the experts agreed that they should pay attention to evaluate the medical ethics and clinical practice capabilities of newly recruited nurses in the standardized training process.This will guide the newly recruited nurses to strengthen their professional moral,and constraint their nursing activities and improve their clinical practice ability on the basis of theoretical knowledge,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.3.In this study,the system was established by the Delphi method and the precedence chart method.It can provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of training effect and quality in the three-tiered general hospitals that carry out standardized training for newly recruited nurses.It can also provide a reference for the establishment of a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system and model for the standardized training and assessment of newly recruited nurses in the future.It has good practical significance.
