ObjectiveExtracorporeal shock wave meridians was used in treatment of Knee osteoarthritis(KOA),observe the clinical curative effects with control group,step by step to determine the clinical curative effect of extracoporeal shock wave meridians method treatment,for the treatment of KOA provides a combination of Chinese and Western medicine clinical new way of thinking.MethodsIn March 2017 to July 2017,random collection 120 cases of KOA patients,from traditional joint families of Shanxi Province Chinese medicine hospitai and completely random grouping,the treatment group of 40 cases(shock wave meridians),control group 1of 40 cases(acupuncture meridians),control group 2 of 40 cases(shock pain spot).Operation method:Patients of three groups all given health education guidance,at the sametime,chooseShenshu(BL23),Ganshu(RN4),Xuehai(SP10),Liangqiu(ST34),Xiyangguan(GB33),Zusanli(ST36),Yanglingquan(GB34),Neixiyan(EX-LE5),Dubi(ST35)and Ashi points as the standardization of points by the treatment group and control group 1 in the treatment of KOA,control group 2 choose pain point.Treatment group and control group 2adopts EMS Swiss Dolorclast MP100 type pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave therapy apparatus,with air pressure ballistic acupuncture probe,14 Hz frequency for each treatment point,every point impact during 300 times.Control group 1 by Chinese medical disposable sterile acupuncture needle,and cooperate with the massage to along the above the meridians supplement or release,needle retaining needle after 20 minutes,All 3 groups were treated once every 2 days,7 times a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,VAS measurements were used to observe the improvement of knee joint pain symptoms before and after treatment.Lysholm knee joint scoring standard was used to evaluate the overall function of knee joint before and after treatment.Results1.Improvement of pain symptoms in the group: after treatment in each group,the VAS score was significantly improved after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group after treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks to compare the VAS score,no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05),12 weeks after treatment than before and at the end of treatment,respectively,VAS score more significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Improvements in pain symptoms between the different groups: the end of treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment,the treatment group than all control group,the VAS score were improved obviously,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Improvements in knee joint symptom scores in the group: at the end of treatment,4weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment,the three groups Lysholm knee score were obtained obvious increase,the statistical significant difference(P< 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Lysholm knee score between 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment in the treatment group(P >0.05),and the difference was statistically significant at the end of treatment(P<0.05).4.Improvement of knee joint symptom score between the different groups: there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 2of Lysholm knee joint score(P>0.05),and compare the control group 1 was statistically significant(P<0.05),at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.In the 8 weeks and12 weeks after treatment,the scores of Lysholm knee joint in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of cure rate: the total effective rate of Lysholm knee score index in the treatment group was the highest,which was about 92.11%,which was significantly better than the all control group,and the effective rate of the control group 1 was 86.49%.Theefficiency of the control group 2 was about 89.19%.In the treatment group's Lysholm knee score index,the clinical control standard was achieved in 2 patients in the treatment group,accounting for 5.26%,and the efficiency was 73.68%,the highest among the three groups.The efficiency of control group 1 was 35.14%,and the efficiency of control group 2was 40.54%,and no cases were achieved in group 1 and 2.6.In terms of safety: one patient in the treatment group suffered from knee pain aggravated after the first external shock wave therapy.In the control group 1,1 case of local skin redness was found,and 2 patients were treated with airsickness.In the control group2,after the first shock wave treatment of 2 patients local pain in the knee was aggravated.ConclusionExtracorporeal shock wave meridians can effectively reduce the risk of knee pain symptoms,improve the risk of knee joint function,largely improve the life quality of patients,extracorporeal shock wave treatment meridians method played a dual role of extracorporeal shock wave and acupuncture treatment,obtained better than simple acupuncture treatment,the clinical curative effect of pure shock wave treatment,is an obvious curative effect,safe and easy promotion of treatment plan.
