Objectives 1 To understand the present situation of stigma in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy;2 To explore the influencing factors of stigma in chemotherapy patients with malignant tumor,to provide reference for early identification,targeted nursing and treatment.Methods From August 2016 to July 2017,a face-to-face investigation was conducted on patients with malignant tumor in the hospital chemotherapy of tangshan tumor hospital,and the questionnaires were distributed on the spot to be recovered in time.The social impact scale was used to investigate the status of stigma in patients with malignant tumor.The self-designed general situation questionnaire,disease status questionnaire,treatment status questionnaire,chemotherapy symptoms questionnaire,psychological factors questionnaire,rosenberg self-esteem scale,self-management efficacy scale for cancer patients,post-traumatic stress disorder self-assessment scale,social support assessment scale and cancer treatment function evaluation scale were used to investigate the common degree of stigma in cancer chemotherapy patients in general,disease status,treatment status,chemotherapy symptoms,psychological status,self-esteem,self-management level,stress disorder level,social support level and quality of life distribution differences.Excel was used to input data and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.descriptive statistical analysis was used for general demographic data,t-test and variance analysis were used for univariate analysis,and multiple stepwise regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results 1 The status of stigma in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy: the total score of stigma in malignant tumor was(59.64±10.615),total average score(2.49±0.442),and the total average score was 1~1.99 with 44 cases,accounting for 6.5%,2~2.99 with546 cases,accounting for 80%,and 3~4 with 92 cases,accounting for 13.5%.The social exclusion dimension(21.24±3.660),the average score of the items(2.66±0.457),the average score of the items was 1~1.99,which accounted for 20 cases,accounting for 2.9percent,and 497 cases from 2~2.99,accounting for 72.8 percent,and 3 to 4,with 165 cases,accounting for 24.2 percent.Economic discrimination(15.07±3.048),the average score of the items(2.15±0.435),the average score of the items was 1~1.99,accounting for 14.5 percent,2~2.99 were 567,accounting for 83.1%,and 3~4 were 16 cases,accounting for 2.3%.The internal sense of shame(6.46±1.461),the average score of the items(2.15±0.487),the average score of the items was 1~1.99,which accounted for 39 cases,accounting for 5.7%,and 551 cases in 2~2.99,accounting for 80.8%,and 92 cases in 3~4,accounting for 13.5%.Social isolation(14.09±2.766),the average score of the items(2.35±0.461),the average score of the items was 1~1.99 with 62 cases,accounting for 9.1%,and there were 538 cases with 2~2.99,accounting for 78.9%,and there were 82 cases of 3~4,accounting for 12%.2 Influence disease shame malignant tumor patients with single factor analysis: malignant tumor patients with disease shame total score by age,education level,family income,payment and settlement,character,if there is a slow disease,history of drinking,whether transfer,nausea,vomiting,bleeding gums,cough,malignant degree,cycles of chemotherapy,duration,feel helpless,worry about the disease into society,whether outside indifference,self-esteem level,management level,social support level differences statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Influence degree of the patients with malignant tumor disease shame of multi-factor analysis: malignanttumor patients with disease of shame,in the influence factors of total score malignant degree,bleeding gums,feel helpless,nausea and vomiting,whether transfer,settlement,history of drinking,whether have disease slow,family income,level of education,personality,chemotherapy cycle,self-esteem level,management level,age,course of diseases.Conclusions 1 Patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy have a low level of stigma,and those in the middle level are the majority,with a high level of 13.5%,and the patient's stigma is very serious.2 Multiple factors analysis,according to the results of patients with malignant tumor disease shame the influence factors of total score in the order: malignant degree,self management level,settlements,family income,self-esteem level,a feeling of helplessness,nausea,vomiting,bleeding gums,whether transfer,course and level of education,personality,age,chemotherapy cycle,history of drinking,whether there is a slow disease.
