ObjectiveThis study mainly describes the current status of the stigma of young chronic hepatitis B patients,explores the related factors that affect the stigma of young chronic hepatitis B patients,and provides a theoretical basis for the future development of intervention measures related to the stigma of young chronic hepatitis B patients.MethodsIn this study,we selected young chronic hepatitis B patients who were treated in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Zhengzhou from June 2018 to June 2019,and surveyed the subjects using a questionnaire.The questionnaire consists of four parts:the patient general information questionnaire,the chronic hepatitis B virus infection discrimination scale,the medical coping style questionnaire and the hope index scale.The Chronic HBV Infection Discrimination Scale is used to measure patients' stigma,the Medical Coping Style Questionnaire is used to specifically assess the disease's coping style and coping characteristics,and the Hope Index Scale is used to measure the patient's hope level.This study used Epidata3.1 to create a database and double-entry data,and SPSS 21.0 for statistical analysis.The specific statistical methods include descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,t test,and multiple linear regression analysis to describe the disease of young patients with chronic hepatitis B.The current status of shame and analysis of its influencing factors.Results1.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 355 young patients with chronic hepatitis B who met the inclusion criteria,and 328 valid questionnaires were recovered with an effective recovery rate of 92.39%.2.The total score of young patients with chronic hepatitis B is(70.19±15.34).3.The results of single factor analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the family's place of residence,income,and route of infection on the stigma of young chronic hepatitis B patients(P>0.05);Medical payment methods,satisfaction with support from family or friends,perception of the status quo of discrimination,infection status,disease course,face in coping style,avoidance in coping style,yield in coping style,reality and future in hope level The positive attitude,the attitude of taking positive actions in the hope level,the attitude of maintaining the intimate relationship with others in the hope level and the total score of hope are statistically significant on the stigma score of young chronic hepatitis B patients(P<0.05).Faced with a negative correlation between coping style and stigma score,avoiding and yielding coping style was positively correlated with stigma score(P<0.05);reality in the hope level and positive attitude in the future,positive action in the hope level Attitude,the level of hope to maintain close relationship with others and the total score of hope were negatively correlated with the stigma score(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that 9 variables affecting the stigma of young patients with chronic hepatitis B entered the regression equation,namely gender,age,education level,medical payment method,satisfaction with family or friend support,and perceived Status of discrimination,avoidance in coping styles,attitude of taking positive actions at the level of hope,and attitude of maintaining close relationships with others at the level of hope.Conclusion1.Young patients with chronic hepatitis B generally have a sense of stigma.2.The sex,age,education level,medical payment method,satisfaction with family or friends,perception of the status quo of discrimination,avoidance in coping styles,attitude of taking positive actions and maintaining with others Attitude of intimate relationship is an influential factor of its stigma.
