Objectives 1 To explore the risk factors of basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction.2 To explore the influence of various research factors on the prognosis of patients with basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction. Methods According to the standard to collect the patients with basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction(basilar artery stenosis group)and patients with cerebrum anterior circulation stenosis cerebral infarction(anterior circulation stenosis group)80 cases per group between January 2014 and December 2017,which were hospitallized to receive treatment in the Affiliated hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.Collecting and recording the clinical data of the two groups patients,to compare the blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and other risk factors in the two groups, analyzing whether there is any difference between the two groups. In addition, according to the degree of vascular stenosis, whether there is any progress of the disease and the survival conditions after one month of leaving hospital, the patients with basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction were divided into 43 cases of mild-tomoderate stenosis group with stenosis rate <70% and 37 cases of severe stenosis group with stenosis rate ranging from 70% to 100%,comparing and analyzing the relative risk factors between the two groups.Respectively taking the whether there is any progress of the disease and survival or death as the prognosis destination of patients, among them,46 cases are the no progress group,34 cases are the progress group,42 cases are the survival group,38 cases are the death group, comparing and analyzing correlation between the risk factors and prognosis of the two groups. Results 1 Compared with the anterior circulation stenosis group, the male and the high blood pressure of the basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction group increase significantly(P<0.05).2 The forepassed history of cerebral infarction and the history of smoking are related to the degree of basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis(P<0.05).3 There is correlation between premonitory symptom before hospitallized and whether there is any progress of the disease(P<0.05).4 Pulmonary infection and tracheal intubation or tracheotomy were associated with prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Male and the high blood pressure are independent risk factors for patients with basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction.2 The history of cerebral infarction and the history of smoking are independent risk factors for patients with basilar artery scleratheroma stenosis cerebral infarction.3 There is little progress of the disease of patients with premonitory symptom before the paroxysm of the disease.4 The pulmonary infection and trachea cannula or tracheotomy are independent risk factors to affect the death and prognosis of the patients.
