The Application Of QLICD-CH 2.0 Scale In The Antiviral Treatment Efficacy Of Patients With Chronic Hepatitis

Objective:Based on previous research and development,to make a preliminary study on the application value of QLICD-CH scale of chronic hepatitis quality of life in the evaluation of antiviral therapy efficacy to the patients with chronic hepatitis,thus to provide a scientific basis for the quality of life with chronic hepatitis patients.Method:Gathering 198 patients with chronic hepatitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017.Patients were followed up on the first day after admission,3 months and 6 months after discharge,and they completed the questionnaires of QLICD-CH scale for three times.In the investigation,the basic situation,including the age,sex,occupation,education level,marriage,medical insurance type,and the clinical type and the treatment of the patients filled by the doctor or the investigator were perfected.Spss 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:(1)In 198 cases of chronic hepatitis,the age range was 35.60±9.51years old;the ratio of male and female was approximately 1.61:1(122/76);Occupation with a higher proportion of farmers,academic qualifications were mainly high school and junior college;(2)The physiological function of patients with chronic hepatitis was treated with the antiviral therapy had been improved,the difference of physiological function has statistical significance(p<0.05);Oral antiviral therapy is better than interferon,which has statistical significance(p<0.05);(3)The psychological ftunction of patients with chronic hepatitis after antiviral treatment had been improved,Oral antiviral therapy is better than interferon,which has statistical significance(p<0.05);(4)The social function of patients with chronic hepatitis after antiviral treatment had been improved(p<0.05);(5)After antiviral treatment,The physiological function of mental discomfort was improved(p<0.05);in hepatitis C oral antiviral therapy is better than interferon(p<0.05);(6)The physiological function of mood of patients with chronic hepatitis after antiviral treatment was improved;Hepatitis patients' mood with oral antiviral therapy improved better than interferon treatment(P<0.05);(7)After antiviral treatment,the digestive tract symptom,jaundice,treatment of side effect,treatment of psychological effect was improved(p<0.05);There were significant differences in different methods of methods,(p<0.05).Oral antiviral therapy is better than interferon in treatment of side effectConclusions:1.After antiviral treatment,the psychological functions,physiological functions and social functions with chronic hepatitis were improved;2.After the antiviral treatment,Oral antiviral therapy is better than interferon in hepatitis patients' physiologic function and psychological function;3.Patients with chronic hepatitis after antiviral treatment,the energy discomfort and the mood of the patients were improved,and oral antiviral treatment is more effective than interferon antiviral therapy;4.Patients with chronic hepatitis have been treated with the antiviral therapy,gastrointestinal symptoms,jaundice and side effects were improved significantly;.After the treatment,the side effects of the treatment on chronic hepatitis patients were improved,and oral antiviral therapy is superior to interferon treatment;5.The QLICD-CH scale 2.0 can be used to evaluate the antiviral efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis.
