| Objective:The paper is aim to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effect of Ganningfang on the quality of life of chronic hepatitis B by observing the comprehensive effect of Ganningfang on chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods: The cases were selected from my hospital Guoyitang outpatients during June 2015 to August 2016.A total of 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Entecavir dispersible tablets.The treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group adding the treatment of Ganningfang.The liver function,viral DNA quantitative,liver fibrosis indicators and TCM syndrome changes in the two groups were observed after treatment 12 and 24 weeks.The use of universal scale“WHOQOL-BRER scale” and chronic liver disease specific scale“CLDQ scale” to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 70.8%,and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 85.4%.The treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group,P <0.05.2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome: After treatment,the treatment group had a significant advantage in improving TCM burnout fatigue,anorexia,flank pain,body yellow dye,stool disorders and other TCMsyndromes,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant,P?0.05.3.Comparison of liver function: After 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the treatment group have significant advantages in decreasing serum ALT,AST indicators,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance,P?0.05.4.Comparison of liver fibrosis: After treatment 24 weeks,the treatment group and the control group were able to effectively decrease the levels of HA,LN and IV-C content;compared with the control group,the improvement of liver fibrosis in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of HBV-DNA,HBeAg: After 24 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group in decreasing HBV-DNA virus quantification was better than before treatment,with statistical significance,P?0.05.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant,P?0.05.The comparison the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of the treatment group and the control group,no statistical significance,P>0.05.6.Comparison of the life quality: After 12 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had a significant improvement in fatigue,abdominal symptoms,anxiety and emotional function,physiological and psychological factors,the comparison between before and after treatment with statistical significance,P?0.05.The comparison between the control group in improving fatigue,abdominal symptoms and treatment areas and before treatment have statistical significance,P?0.05.After 24 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group improvedsignificantly in all fields,especially in the improvement of fatigue,abdominal symptoms,anxiety and emotional function,physiological and psychological factors,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance,P?0.05.Conclusions:1.Ganningfang was effective in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B,which can improve the clinical symptoms and the liver function,decrease the liver fibrosis index and also improve the clinical efficiency,the treatment effect was better in combination with the antiviral drug Entecavir.2.Ganningfang can improve chronic hepatitis B patients' fatigue,abdominal symptoms,emotional function,anxiety and discomfort,which have beneficial effects on the patients' physiological and psychological.Furthermore,it can improve the life quality of patients and have a positive effect and impact on improving the life quality of patients. |
