Objective: This study was to investigate the status of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)infection in patients with recurrent vaginitis and its biovars and Genotypes study. To investigate Uu and Its biovars/Genotypes positive rate of recurrent vaginitis patients at different ages, cervix conditions and types of vaginitis.Methods:1.In this study,206 patients with recurrent vaginitis were selected as the study group and 100 patients with non-recurrent vaginitis as the control group according to the inclusion criteria.Recorded the basic information of patients and gynecological examination results, collected vaginal secretions and cervical secretions of two groups.2.Use five joint kit combined microscope to examinate vaginal secretions for routine examination.3.Use Ureaplasma urealyticum culture identification kit to culture Ureaplasma urealyticum.4.According to the characteristics of the conserved fragments of Ureaplasma urealyticum(MB)antigen, designe the primers of biovartyping and genotyping of Uu.liquid culture of Ureaplasma urealyticum at a concentration higher than 104(CCU / ml)were to amplified. The PCR products were use 2% Agarose gel to electrophores. Then all kinds of PCR products were sequenced, and the sequencing results and the target gene blasted mutually.5.SPSS 18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate of Uu,biovartyping and genotyping of Uu in two groups were compared with the four table chi-square test; The difference of degrees of cervical erosion, vaginitis types and different ages in two groups compared to positive rates of the biovar-typing and genotyping of Uu using chi-square test, unit Occurrence 0 in the grid using Fisher exact square method. The correlation between the difference of degrees cervical erosion, vaginitis types and ages in recurrent vaginitis group and The positive rate of Uu used Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:1.The positive rate of Uu in patients with recurrent vaginitis was 69.9%(144/206)higher than control group 53.0%(53/100)(P <0.05)(P <0.05 & P <0.05).The positive rate of biovar 2 and mix biovars in the recurrent vaginitis group was 25.7%(37/144),13.9%(20/144)were higher than that of the control group 11.4%(6/53),3.7%(2/53)(P<0.05& P<0.05).The rate of biovar 1 of the control group 84.9%(45/53)were higher than the rate of in recurrent vaginitis group 60.4%(87/144)(P <0.001).2.The positive rate of Uu genetype 3 in recurrent vaginitis group was 43.9%(47/107),which was higher than that in control group(21.3%,10/47)(P <0.05).The positive rate of Uu gene type 3 in recurrent vaginitis group Higher than other genotypes(P <0.05).3.The Uu positive rate was significantly higher in patients with recurrent vaginitis according to the cervix(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Spearman rank correlation analysis was positively correlated with the positive rate of Uu(rs=0.999,P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the distribution of Uu among different groups of patients with recurrent vaginitis(P>0.05).4.The Uu positive rate of patients with recurrent vaginitis according to different types of vaginitis(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed no correlation between different vaginitis types and Uu positive rate(rs=0.200,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in distribution of Uu among different types of vaginitis patients with recurrent vaginitis(P>0.05).5.The Uu positive rate of patients with recurrent vaginitis was statistically significant at different ages(P<0.05);there was no correlation between Uy positive rate and different age groups by Spearman rank correlation analysis(rs=-0.800,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in distribution of Uu among different age groups of patients with recurrent vaginitis(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.In Recurrent vaginitis group Uu biological group 2,biological 1/2 mixed group, gene type 3 positive rate were higher than the control group.2.The Uu positive rate was statistically different in different degrees of cervical erosion, different types of vaginitis, and different age groups.Uu positive rate was positively correlated with the degree of cervical erosion, but there was no correlation with different types of vaginitis and different age groups. There was no statistical difference in the distribution of biota/genotype at different ages, degree of cervical erosion, and type of vaginitis.
