Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Moxibustion System

Moxibustion is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine.It stimulates acupoints through the warm effect of the burning of the crest,thus achieving the purpose of adjusting the Yin and Yang and regulating the viscera.It is a natural therapy for health care.With the progress of modern science and technology and the gradual enhancement of people's health care consciousness,moxibustion as a natural therapy has attracted much attention.However,the traditional moxibustion instrument is mainly based on local moxibustion,and its function is single,the degree of intelligence is low,and no smoke treatment equipment,can not meet the market demand.The intelligent moxibustion system designed in this paper adopts the way of whole body moxibustion,which can adjust the height and moxibustion for different users and make different moxibustion programs.At the same time,it also has functions of centralized monitoring,help call,automatic purification of moxa smoke and so on.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The related theoretical knowledge of moxibustion is introduced,and the relevant products in the market are analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of similar products,it provides a basis for the functional design and optimization of the intelligent moxibustion system.(2)According to functional requirements,the overall scheme of the system is designed in detail.The moxibustion bed,moxibustion box,terminal control system and purification system were designed.The central monitoring terminal connects the terminal control system of each moxibustion bed through a router,so as to monitor the working process of each moxibustion bed in real time,so as to monitor the working process of each moxibustion bed and complete the help call function.(3)In view of the fact that moxibustion apparatus on the market can not purify the moxa smoke,this paper designs the purification system of moxa smoke.The system first removed smoke through high voltage electric field,followed by the use of photocatalyst to touch the odor into water and carbon dioxide.Finally,water spray was used to form water mist to absorb smoke particles and odor,effectively avoiding the pollution of smoke to the environment.(4)Aiming at the low intelligence level of moxibustion apparatus in the market,the terminal control system is designed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of Android control panel,system control panel and power supply.First,the Android control panel sends out control instructions to the system control board and receives the state information returned by the control panel;secondly,it sends its running state information to the central monitoring system.The functions of user moxibustion mode customization,process voice prompt,multiple moxibustion terminal centralized monitoring and help call are realized.
